Naturalizer

Ugh… this is the worst store ever! I am shocked because I’ve so far mostly dealt with Naturalizer’s Customer Service by phone and had always gotten friendly and efficient service. However, the second I walked in this store and asked for help with a return, I got nothing but major attitude from not one but both of the ‘ladies’ working the counter. When I asked questions, I was given the run-​around… At one point, she asked me to come to the side so she can show me how she was trying to do the return and get the correct dollar amounts to show up. Three minutes later, the other store lady looked up and yelled at me to «STEP AWAY». Couldn’t be more rude or less customer friendly. I would never ever want to step foot into this store.

OMG! This is a HORRIBLE place to shop. Only one person working the entire store. Useless at that. No customer service skills and an even worse personality. Not perhaps its her age that prevents her being an effective employee… maybe she feels empowered.

This is a review of the company’s policy on using a merchandise credit giftcard online or over the phone. YOU CAN’T! The closest store to me is 24 miles away so it’s not convenient to go into the store, yet they won’t let me order over the phone. Their solution is for me to mail in the card so they can mail me back a code. Soooo if the card gets lost in the mail I’m screwed. What an asinine policy! This company does NOT look out for their customers. I am royally ticked!

VERY friendly and helpful store for shoe aficionados! I called a bazillion places trying to find the MBT sneaker in my damn size and this was the ONLY place to have them… and they had BOTH styles I wanted in the sizes I wanted.
Yeah, ok, so the Del Amo Fashion Center has little to be desired… not very good in terms of shopping and the place is in serious need of TLC… heck, I’d tear it down and just start over! I mean… those rocking horses that take quarters for kids to sit on went out in like the early 80’s and have no place anymore in a mall! lol
With that being said… they DID have my shoes… AND when I wanted them in silver instead of orange… they called around before I could even ask them to.
Ended up buying the neon tangerine ones but unfortunately I just don’t think my 30-​something footsies can pull them off and I’ll probably be bringing them back. But who knows… I might walk out with a different pair! Right now they are having a «buy one get one at 50% off» sale… can’t beat that for comfy peds!

Jessica is the best Employee they have. (haha) Forget online… buy it from the store. Friendly people (especially Jessica) and good quality.
Go online and sign up for email and catalog request so they can send you some coupons. They make a difference. Especially since friends and family is coming up in april.
