Stay away from this awful place. Service is so bad here. I waited 20 minutes for Teriyaki and I told the cashiers how wrong that is that people have to wait so long. I wasn’t the only one there were 4 others waiting w me. The cashiers had bad attitudes and didn’t care. No order at al. Every Panda is better then this one. Sorry place, sorry workers. The cooks are the ones really doing there job. You guys are lucky I gave you all a pass. One star for food because I paid for it and ate it.

I love Panda Express, and have eaten at many different locations throughout the South Bay. I was happy to see a PE included when the new Del Amo Mall food court opened. I’ve eaten here about 4 or 5 times, each time thinking well maybe next visit will be better. No more. I’m done with this location. Food not as tasty and not served at proper temperature. Service is slow and unfriendly. And there is an attitude problem if I ask the cashier for a tray. Even when it’s obvious I have more than I can carry. Something is wrong with this location. Maybe I’ll return if they can fix the problem.

This is your typical Panda Express located in the Del Amo mall that I’ve eaten at a couple of times. The food is your standard QSR Chinese food quality. I generally get the two item combo($ 7.20) with rice and noodles. This has been a good idea as half the time the rice is hard from being over steamed and other half time the noodles are chewy and under seasoned. The portion sizes are muted when compared to other similar restaurants but they are more than enough for a single meal.

Dry… Dry… Dry From the food to the service!!! The line was slow There was one register open The food quality was not good The chow mein was loaded with onions and cabbage! The orange chicken was not saucy! The portion I received was poor(in comparison to past visits) The staff was not friendly The staff was not apologetic for the wait I was not greeted My visit was overall horrible Be sure to take the survey for the free item, but use it at another location!

This Panda is the worst! I only come here when I want to come to the mall on my lunch break. They don’t give free drink refills & don’t have iced tea. You have to ask for a tray & they are stingy with the napkins & soy sauce. Their servings are smaller than stand alone Pandas. They also usually have a line of people waiting because they only have 1 person serving &1 cashier.

Horrible service. Horrible food. Don’t go here. The manager DENISE is a bitch and she was talking about being on her period to the girl with the witch nose at the cashier. The other short Mexican man manager seemed to have been talking shit about me and laughing. Totally rude. Food was lukewarm. Come on, Panda… hire smart!

This has to be the worst Panda Express I have ever experienced. The employees from the Torrance Blvd. location need to come over here and show them how it’s done! 1. Staff is SO slow and don’t engage with customers 2. Saw an employee holding up sample of beef, set it down on the counter while she yelled over to the cook to make some more honey walnut prawn then picked up the sample again and wanted to offer it to someone in line after it had been on lying on the counter. 3. The orange chicken had been out there for a while(which is rare for orange chicken, everyone knows that gets swooped up fast). Was looking soft and grayish. Save your money and eat elsewhere!

Sub-par to all the other PE’s I’ve been to. First off: portions are skimpy. I have been spoiled by the generous PE at South Bay Pavillion and PE on Hawthorne/Torrance Blvd. I got the Kobari beef. I should’ve known better after seeing the oil creep through the meat and veggies. The oyster sauce(or whatever brown sauce they use) dried up and was super salty. I regretted eating here and should’ve spent $ 1 at the neighboring GW’s $ 1 menu next door. Bad Panda. Bad. Your Chinese ancestors are rolling in their graves.

My co-worker and I were hungry last night and I suggested Panda Express. My co-worker was on the fence because compared to traditional Chinese fast food places this chain charges way more and gives way less. I insisted and my co-worker finally crumbled: o) So I went over and I got the three item combo which included Sweet Fire Chicken, Beef Broccoli, and the Kung Pao Chicken with two vegetable egg rolls and it came to like $ 10.00 Yeah they carefully measured out the portions… heaven forbid if an extra piece of chicken gets into the box… but the overall portions were enough for two. For«fast food» I have always been impressed with the quality of their food. I would rather pay the higher price and know that I am getting fresh quality food. Everything tasted great and the Kung Pao has quite a kick! The service is good and they are always trying to sell you something else along with your meal but that’s their job. So keep up the good work!!!
