I frequent this particular Panda Express and do not normally have problems other than sometimes waiting an extended time for an entrée to be cooked fresh. However on Christmas Day I had a particularly bad experience! I ordered the same 3 item combo that I always do. I had to wait for three food items, veggies, honey walnut shrimp and pepper chicken to be made fresh. I was very specific to order half chow mein, half veggies for my side items and the chicken dish and shrimp dish for the entrees along with a chicken egg roll as my third item. I always use the promo coupon from an old receipt for the third item free so when the order was rung up I knew that something was wrong because of the total. There was new help working that day and the new girl had given me all chow mein and put the veggies in an entrée part of the container so I actually got charged for the egg roll as an extra item. I explained that it was wrong, the pricing and the way the order was dished up. The cashier called over another worker who took the container and went over to the chow mein bowl and took a scoop of chow mein OUTOFTHECONTAINERANDPUTITBACK! I was horrified because I would not want to be a customer who was waiting to get the chow mein that was placed back! That has to be some sort of food handling violation! Good customer service would have been to apologize for the error, ring up the order correctly and give me the food as it was. I will not be returning to this Panda Express until they get their act together!

On a sunday evening after having a dissapointing experience at ginza grill across from panda and finding out Chipotle was closed early for a company Christmas party we ended up in the long line of panda express. Every other placed was jammed as well understandable of course its Christmas time. We expected to wait over 15 min but to our suprise the line was moving at a decent pace. One of the workers had come out to the long line and had started taking orders before we even got to the front which helped tremendously. We didn’t have to wait for food to come out. They were on top of making sure they replaced it immediately. The food was fresh. I got the orange chicken and the Shanghai beef which was cooked perfectly. GREATMANAGEMENT on they’re behalf for having an adequate amount of employees and thinking ahead and out of the box to help make the customer experience a great one.

I personally don’t care for Panda came here for the kiddos whom love this place. But while here, wants to note that Ashley, the cashier, was quick, helpful, and sweet! Loved her! Service was quick and considering its Panda– wasn’t too bad.

Good experience. Friendly and one the boxes to go they packed pretty full which is rare. My rating is relative to other Panda Express’s.

As a customer, I have certain expectations when purchasing food. Delicious food and good service. I don’t think this is asking too much, as this is the job of a restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not receive either. As a long time customer, I was originally very happy with both, though the last few times have been less and less satisfactory. The server picked over the food in the tray using squashing everything she touched. If I wanted baby food, I would have gone elsewhere. When we got home, I also found a piece of some type of paper about 2×2″ wide in my meal. After notifying them by phone, the manager, Randall, made an excuse stating that it was just one of those papers from the vegetables that keeps them clean in transit. So?! Paper isn’t supposed to be in my food. Ever. No excuses. In any case, Randall told me to come and bring the food in. When I did, the manager on duty, Omar, contradicted what Randall was saying, stating that the eggplant doesn’t come with paper around it. Uh ok. So, where did it come from? How do I know it is food safe? What if I got sick? Oh, and guess what I was offered? A free meal. Not a refund, which would make more sense. I’d rather not receive another meal that has the potential for ‘extras’. Sorry, you lost a customer.

White rice, chow mein, and double orange chicken with a raspberry tea and 2 packets of chili sauce will make me happy.

Siri is so helpful and chipper every time I go. She needs a raise she’s always on point. Always asks if I need drink, soy sauce, hot sauce, etc… Fast and efficient.

Very slow service in this store! They serve less food than they used to, but charge more recently. Young staff are friendly with smile in their faces, but the manager look auwful! Just seeing his face made me change my mind in coming back here! He served the first portion of the order, which was chow main and rice, but downsized the amount of food to half of what they used to! I don’t know if this manager ordered the staff to serve less food or this location is like that. I did not have any problem with the portions in other locations but this one! Too many customers, not enough staff. It is waste of time to get to this location as we have to use more time and receive less food and pay more money!

Great place for teenagers and kids who are picky eaters not really Chinese food more of sugar coated meats and vegetables. Probably more calories in the orange beef then two McDonalds hamburgers

I ordered online for a catering order for my work meeting. The next morning, I called to push the pickup time, and they were very nice about it. At first, my order didn’t show up on their computer till a little later in the morning(I called right when they opened), so they asked that I tell them I ordered so they could start on it. The food was hot and ready when I picked it up. Easy! I gave the service 4 stars. The food is just«eh» to me! However, I’d order again from them for a corporate meeting.

I’ve been to many different Panda Express locations and I honestly believe that every single one has the same tasting food. Panda is a Chinese fast food business. Everything is already made and all you have to do is go up to the window and choose what dishes you want. I typically go with the 2 item combo and get half and half(half fried rice and half chow mein) along with two entrée dishes. This Panda Express location gets pretty busy around lunch during the weekdays. Every single time that I’ve stopped by for lunch, I end up waiting at least 15 minutes in line to get my food. I really wish they were a little bit faster at this location. Overall, I enjoy Panda Express since it’s simple and cheap. If you come here during the lunch hours just expect to wait a while before getting your food.

Always enjoy this Panda Express. They are quick, and I never wait over 5 minutes to be helped. Unless you’re going around lunch time on a week day, then that’s a different story. Love their Orange Chicken, Broccoli and Beef, as well as their Cream Cheese Ragoons. So good! 2 entrée plus a side is $ 6.70. Not too bad, and I always have left overs. As for service, the service is fast and easy. Not over the top. And the cleanliness of the place is always average as well.

I come to this Panda Express pretty regularly — most of the time its because I’m craving their orange chicken! Yesterday was one of those days, so I had to make a stop for lunch. The employees were quick to greet me when I walked in the doors and offered me samples if I wanted to try something new. But I knew exactly what I wanted. I usually get the 2-item entrée plate but, since I filled out their online survey from the back of their receipt, I was able to get an extra entrée item for free! So I got double orange chicken, chow mein, and a side of honey walnut shrimp! I saw that the honey walnut shrimp was running slow so I asked to wait for the fresh tray to come out and I only had to wait about three minutes. Everything was pretty good, except for the honey walnut shrimp. I don’t think it was cooked long enough because it was cold on the inside! Such a bummer. The orange chicken was tasty — it had a little bit of a kick to it this time and the chow mein was good as always. So make sure to fill out the online survey and save your receipt for a free entrée item with the purchase of a two-item entrée on your next visit!

I hate when people judge me for liking Panda Express because«it’s not real Chinese food.» First of all, I don’t go to Panda Express hoping to get some authentic Chinese food. Second, it tastes good! The only expectation I have of Panda Express is for the food to taste good. Ok, vent over. Food: I usually always get the 2 entrée meal with a combo of chow mein and fried rice. I always tell myself I should get some new entrees, but I always get the same Orange Chicken and String Bean Chicken. There’s a reason the Orange Chicken is in the biggest tray. It’s the most popular entrée, and honestly is probably how it got so popular in the first place. I like to get the String Bean Chicken just to trick myself into thinking I’m eating something kinda healthy. They also give free samples, so if you have no idea what entrée you want, you can ask for samples! The portion is really big, which is partially why I like coming here. But today, I was eating the fried rice and ate something sooo spicy, and I started to tear up. I was looking at my food to see what it was, and it was a monstrous slice of onion. I mixed through the fried rice to see other monster onion slices!!! I posted a picture if you want to see. But this is the reason why I gave it –1 star. I was literally crying because the onion was so big and spicy. Service: I was literally in and out of the restaurant within 5 minutes. The workers don’t seem very interested in making small talk with the customers, nor do they seem happy to be working there. But I don’t blame ‘em. I was just satisfied with the service because of how fast it was, and I got what I wanted without any problems.

CLEAN — ive been coming to this panda for years since there are none near north torrance and gardena!(whats up with that?) and this place is always well taken care of no messes, nice interior. the food is yummy and employees do a good job of getting you your food quickly and correctly. the fried rice was running kind of low tonight and the employee was fast to ask us if we minded waiting a couple minutes for a fresh batch. she could have easily just given us the older one but she was thoughtful. orange chicken, beijing beef, honey walnut shrimp and the kung pao chicken are my favorites along with the tasty fried rice and chow mein. and you can’t forget the fortune cookie at the end!
