Payless Shoesource

Wow I can’t believe my amazing experince today. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a salesperson who offered to measure my daughters’ feet. The store was really clean and organized. Twice While we were shopping someone asked if we needed help or a size.

I wish I could give this store a lower rating because…
1. They messed up my shoe order. I understand that sort of thing happens from time to time, but the assistant store manager insisted that my shoes weren’t here DESPITE my email saying that they’ve arrived, SEVERAL TIMES. On checking with the store manager, my shoe box came, but the shoes didn’t. I HAD TO ARGUE SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER.
2. I was called in Tuesday to come in to pick them up, exchange them with something else or get a refund. I told them I’ll be coming in this weekend because I was busy. There are a misunderstanding in our conversation, and my shoes ended up not being there again. I was given two measly CLIP OUT CUPON for my next purchase by the rude assistant store manager. Not only that, one of them expires tonight. She insisted that the manager said that I wanted my shoes them returned and that’s ALL THERE IS TO IT.
Manager said there was a mix up in the order at corporate
Assistant manager said it was sent to Miami
So which one is it???
With that said, this company has totally lost my business. Not even a cupon will ever send me back here again.
Call me to explain all you want, nothing in the store IS, OR WILL EVER be worth my time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
NEVER have I hated to go to a place where I actually like there heels. usually when I go to a payless the people there are friendly but this time this store they had the worst girls ever!!! I had actually drove to a payless n they didn’t have my size so they told me to drive to this payless so wen I got there the 2 cashier girls where rude they didn’t great me at all instead I said hello n they never response so I walk up to them an said, ’” hello I was jus at another payless n put a pair of shoes on hold”, they both laugh n told me yea there here I gave my coupon n they trew it wen I told em I cant buy some dirty shoes, they laugh and said well im sorry are u goin to buy em or no. so I jus walked out they were a joke especially the girl wit tattoos all over her body she was really really RUDE!!!
I NEVER HATED A STORE SO MUCH, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO THERE.
I DONT RECOMMEND NICE FRIENDLY PEOPLE LIKE ME TO GO THERE BCUZ WE DONT DESERVE TO GET TREATED LIKE DA WAY I GOT TREATED BY THESE SO CALL FRIENDLY PEOPLE!!!

I found the perfect wedges here! I’ve looked at Nordies, Macy’s, DSW and ironically I found the best fitting pair at Payless. They always have coupons and I always pick up their peds too (good material=lasts long). The staff is friendly and ready to assist.

I went to replace a pair of Hunter’s Bay shoes (also from Payless) that finally wore out. They were super friendly, and even suggested a pair of shoes I ended up buying. Actually, I ended up getting 3 pairs of shoes for about $ 100.
As long as they keep hiring friendly people and the prices are this reasonable, I’ll keep going back.

I am not one to shop at Payless but I was on that side of the mall (the old side of Del Amo Mall where Sears and Burlington Coat Factory are located) and I saw a cute pair of tweed flats on sale for $ 15 in the front display.
Didn’t know where to begin to look so i asked the gal working (Melissa) and she was helpful to show me where they were. And they had my size. Hooray! Along with a cute plain black pair of flats (which I have been looking for for awhile now).
My past remembers of Payless was a store full of shoes not in their correct boxes or in the right section. This Payless was super neat and ORGANIZED!
So I gathered my shoes and went to pay and Melissa was there to help me again. She was super friendly and helpful and had a smile on her face which was nice.
I am happy to say that I will probably be back to this Payless due to the cleanliness of the store as well as the good customer service from Melissa.
