The worst Cheese steak sub I’ve ever had! SOOO much mayo that it was just gross. I couldn’t taste the meat or the peppers, just mayo! The fries that came with it were pretty good.

Simple, good pizza. I ordered the thin crust with cheese and it was nice! Order was ready when I arrived and service was friendly. I’ll be back!

I’ve given them a few more chances and just avoid the caprese sandwich. Their calzone is my favorite and their delivery is always quick and friendly.

I work close by and discovered Pazzo on Unilocal searching for nearest pizza place. We frequently order pizza for delivery and voila! a friendly delivery driver shows up with delicious pizza! They have some unique combinations: sliced avocados on top of the toppings? I was skeptical but it was yummy. I’ve been to the actual restaurant once and it wouldn’t be my choice to dine there. Better to appreciate the kind phone service and prompt delivery to your workplace or home. It’s not franchise pizza — it’s not authentic Italian pizza — it’s Pazzo!

my order (through grubhub) was supposed to be here at 4 so i call at 405 and he says its on the way. then at 435 i call back and he says «oh no we jsut got this order in 10 minutes ago» so the food which i have no doubt will be cold hasnt even arrived yet and based on the lying piece of garbage on the phone i will NEVER order from these chuckleheads again.

Placed my order through EAT24. ETA 45−60min. My order arrived around the 45 min mark. Friendly driver. Pizza Hot and Salad and Drink Cold. Silverware and salad dressing included.
Taste:. very tasty to me. Next time i will order extra cheese and sauce. I ate 2 out of the 4 slices and i was full. I ordered an avocado salad, GREAT and great price.
Price:… Reasonable i’d say. at least its within my budget
I will return and i will try other menu items.

One star for the smiling delivery girl, and for pretty fast delivery.
Pizza was awful. Ordered the Fresh Mozzarella, with tomato sauce and eggplant. We hated it. We ate one slice each because we were very hungry. (We had been cleaning the garage). The rest went right into the trash. Can’t believe it myself. I never do that. No taste to anything. Crust: Tasteless. Tomato Sauce: bland, tasteless. Eggplant? There were some squares of this awful breaded and fried eggplant, with tasteless cheese inside. The cheese was tasteless and even the leaves of basil were very dark and… yes, tasteless!
Just don’t waste your money here. There are some places a lot better in the area.

Both the food and service were disappointing. Ordered delivery, on Eat24 app. The order arrived 20 min late, which wouldn’t have been an issue if the restaurant had called to let me know (really all I ask for is communication). I called the restaurant to see if the driver had a hard time finding my building and the gentleman who answered the phone just told me the driver would be at my location soon, and offered no other support.
When the food arrived another wave of disappointment set in. They forgot the sides of ranch.
Once I actually sat down to eat (finally, right?) the food itself was a let down. I ordered my sub with no tomatoes, and it’s apparent that they put tomatoes on the sandwich and then took them off after the fact. The bottom of the sandwich was drenched in tomato juice and seeds. I could understand making a mistake and sending out the sandwich with tomatoes– honestly we’ve all made minor mistakes here and there. But, they obviously caught their mistake and instead of replacing the bread gave me a sandwich with tomato remnants that could’ve been an issue for anyone with a food allergy.
Overall poor experience across all ends of the business (phone, «chef», delivery person). I do not recommend.

I love me the Cobb salad it’s so good and if u need more bacon u tell them or a buck more of chicken good. chicken wings on point yes

Hands down the best pizza we’ve had since moving out West from the East. We’ve ordered delivery from here a few times (via GrubHub) and each time the food is consistently good. Great value and quality. Mediterranean pizza is delicious! My son requests the pepperoni calzone and chicken pizza at least once a week. Today we tried the breaded zucchini — hit the spot. This will be our first choice for pizza any day.

We ordered delivery at my friends and it was wrong, we couldn’t eat the food. We called to complain and they had closed. so we called the next morning. The man with an accent argued with us about the order and would not budge (all we wanted was the correct order that we paid for). After arguing more, he 1^st offered a 20% discount off next order and then finally offered to replace the order and put a credit on account. Weeks after we called to use credit and spoke with Maria who argues with us all over again and doesn’t honor the credit. So this restaurant lost a potential long term delivery customer and chose to profit off the money we spend for the food we could not eat. Highly suggest finding a place with better customer service who values repeat customers. Really bummed that they handle business this way.

Hollywood Riviera and Torrance friends. please do not use this restaurant for delivery. They are inconsistent with the quality of their food and have incredibly poor customer service. Apparently all they care about is if they deliver your food, it doesn’t have to be the correct order. So frustrating and dealing with management was even more frustrating.
We placed an order for two separate calzones and they were delivered with the wrong ingredients. We called with in a few minutes to report that we would not eating them because they were incorrect. They restaurant had closed so no answer. The next morning we called around 11 am and spoke with a man. He remembered the order and offered us a 20% discount on next delivery. I explained that it was not good enough as the orders were wrong and we paid for something we could not eat. He then said he would place a credit on our account so we could finally get the items we paid for. Today we called to use our credit and spoke to Maria. She said there was no credit and that we would not be getting one because they delivered the food.
So folks. if you order from this restaurant and THEY send you the wrong thing you will be out your money and have to throw away food you just paid for because they are not willing to take the customer service high road and make things right. I am so shocked that they would choose to lose a repeat customer in Lieu of profiting off my 14 bucks. That they kept for the food we couldn’t eat. Highly suggest you find a restaurant who value their repeat customers and stay away from this bad experience.

Great food at good prices; delivery was quick and the spaghetti and Chardonnay pasta were really good — especially for take-​out. Definitely recommend!

I love this place, I get lunch from here about twice a week usually the chicken parm sub or the pizza. The service is also much better since the new husband and wife bought it. I highly recommend trying them out.

As I have said earlier, the food here is good! I’ve had a few of their pizzas, appetizers, and calzones without any dissatisfaction!
Their customer service have been up’d ever since the previous store manager left! I enjoy making small chat with the employees there! They’re so friendly!
The ingredients they now use has improved and I’ve noticed the difference in presentation and taste a few weeks after new management took over!

PROS:
1. Chicken pesto pizza with artichokes was tasty.
2. My 20 month old ate it all up!
3. Pretty cheap.
4. Delivery was within time frame.
5. Think crust wasn’t too hard.
CONS:
1. I could have done without the fresh chopped tomatoes on top of the pizza. Sundried tomatoes would have been much better.
2. The fried zucchini were soggy and the breading was coming off by the time it arrived. The marinara sauce was just ok.
3. The delivery lady was all over the place. First, she went to 2 different apartments and rang their doorbell (understandable). Then, she called me saying she couldn’t find my place even though she was literally outside of the door so I went out to meet her (still understandable). Next, she tried to give me my receipt but in the process ended up ripping it into 3 pieces (huh? how does that happen). 4. Finally, she calls me back after she leaves to see if she gave me an extra salad. She didn’t but what if she had. Did she think I would be honest enough to say yes? (honestly, I would have probably been already eating it) Was she going to come take it back after it had already been in my house and give it to the person who ordered it? (unsanitary)
Overall, ok experience. 3 stars for the pizza, price, and effort. Probably won’t order again any time soon.

Pazzo offers pizza and sushi. Just in case you are wondering, I didn’t get the sushi.
The pizza was great. I got the chicken and spinach, which also has mushrooms and garlic. The menu says it’s a thin crust, but it isn’t the crunchy, cracker-​like thin crust you are hoping for. A little more doughy, and a little more cornmeal-​y and thicker than an NY pizza. Overall, I enjoyed it. They don’t skimp on the toppings or cheese, which was much appreciated.
Also ordered the bbq wings. The wings were huge, and they give you a lot of them (about10), but they were drenched in the store bought BBQ sauce. Still, they were tasty and I ate all of them… eventually.
If I were stuck in the office, and I needed a quick pizza, this would be the place. It’s way better than pizza hut or papa johns, and they have a big menu.

This place has been around for some time now and I have ordered both pizza as well as sushi from this restaurant. Yep, you heard it pizza and sushi. Why the strange combination? Well it appears to be a Korean-​owned business and they decided to provide both to their customers. You’ll know when you call and talk to the person taking your order. Unfortunately, they are not very friendly on the phone, which doesn’t help their business. We live in Los Angeles, so it’s a melting pot of cultures, but com’on you need to at least be friendly to your customers. On the upside, they deliver the goods.
The pizza’s are tasty and their delivery service has been fairly consistent over the years. I prefer to order from this place over the chain pizza houses because it tastes less processed to me and it gives us a wide selection of both Italian and Japanese/​Korean cuisine. They also sell (chicken/​beef/​salmon) teriyaki/​katsu/​tempura as well as Korean BBQ. The food is certainly 3 or 4 stars, friendliness is 2 stars, delivery is 4 stars, so they get 3 stars in the end. Not my #1 choice, but still worth it in my opinion.

They deliver PiZZA AND SUSHI!!! Swoon!!! At one point I think we were ordering from this place twice a week!
I loved hearing the delivery boy say «herrro» in our window every time he dropped off food.
Yums: chicken katsu box, the calzones, wings, meatballs, garlic cheese bread, salad dressings, albacore salad and poke.
Not so yums: the pastas and the owners attitude, and sometimes having to spend 20 on the phone trying to get someone to understand what you’re saying.
Still because of the pizza/​sushi combo we’ll be back!

Terrible food, terrible customer service. Found a piece of rusty metal in our salad, and when I called to notify the owner they said it wasnt from them. I told them I wasn’t trying to get anything for free, just wanted to make them aware of this because it is not only unsanitary, but dangerous. Never ordering from here again.
