You will ALWAYS get a great deal! I have been a customer with them for over 5 years and have referred many people who have also gone on to refer people. They know EVERYTHING about phones. They can get you those cool ones from TV or ones that you didn’t even know existed. This isn’t even one of those asian places where you need to know a second language. They all speak fluent english and do not pressure you into anything you are unsure of. Even if you think you’re sure of something, you always have the option of coming back and trading for something else. This is nothing like shopping! This is a cellular resort! I would refer anyone to go out there and they’ll make you a deal you can’t bargain with because everything is practically included! They will bend over backwards to make you happy, if you ask nicely, the manager might even break dance.
**Edit** Ok, maybe not break dance but he does a mean «Domo Arigatoo Mister Roboto» AND you will get a bargain you can’t refuse.

By far, the easiest cell phone experience I have ever had!!! Before I signed my contract, I felt confident about the phone I picked and about the great deals Phonex was able to provide! This earns them a 5-​star rating that I rarely award.

My familiarity with cell phones:
So I’ve had a cell phone for the past 7 years with a bunch of different cell phone providers and through a bunch of different authorized phone dealers. Being originally from the San Gabriel Valley, an area inundated with good cell phone deals, I know a good cell phone deal when I see one!
But besides, that I feel great having a business look out for my cell phone needs and not just trying to sell me something I don’t want or need.

Danny was the salesman who helped me. My siblings and my other friends had gotten their cell phones through him and had an exceptionally good experience with him.
My experience:
He was candid and so willing to field my many questions and provide detailed answers. For instance, I would throw model numbers his way and he would instantly tell me about the user-​friendliness of the models, the pros and cons, and his recommendations, including other similar phones. He would explain the pros and cons about unlocked and imported phones, something I never knew. As friendly as he was, he was still very professional. Secure information was handled cautiously, and he made sure that I understood the terms of the plan, such as cancellations, plan downgrades, and so on.
In the end, it was by far the most accomodating cell phone transaction I’ve ever had. Now that I have my cell phone, I’ve still been able to come to him for questions. He is even available through IM! He has an unusally vast knowledge of cell phones, so he usually knows which phone I’m talking about and their quirks and features.
