Service here is good and I have never had a problem here. If people have so much of a problem ordering on the phone, just do it yourself online. Love the new flavors and mostly come for the good deals they have. Parking can sometimes be a problem but not that often.

I wasn’t able to eat from this location because they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whatever female associate/​manager that was taking calls the evening of 9⁄19 needs some serious training or a career change pronto. I will never order pizza from this location. Deuces!

Worst wings I have ever had. Ordered non breaded, trusted the employees who never showed me the finished product, received overly breaded soft not crispy wings. Disgusting I will never come back!

The service here is horrible! I keep giving them a try but this was the last time. After waiting 30 minutes after they said my order would be ready, they still hadn’t even put my order in the oven. When I went to cancel the order, I was told they «lost» my order and then the kitchen staff started blaming each other. Instead of trying to save a customer and make me happy, they just continued to yell at each other. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. I will order my pizzas from Dominos from now on and I suggest you to the same.

They delivered to our hotel room, which was nice since we were exhausted and didn’t feel like going out. The person taking orders over the phone and the delivery guy were friendly, and the pizza was hot and tasted good. No complaints!

Wow, this is perhaps the best example I’ve found to date of a place that has cleaned up its act:
1. They installed a motion detecting buzzer at the entrance so the employees are alerted when a customer enters (no more struggling to get the attention of employees at the back). Additionally, items blocking customer view into the kitchen have been removed.
2. I don’t find the employees so obviously on their smartphones before being «distracted» by customers anymore. This is a big one.
3. The quality of the pizza and cheesesticks has improved. No more undercooked pizza and cheesesticks are excellent.
GREAT job on improving things at this franchise location. KUDOS!

Pizza burnt and crust crunchy. Very little meat on the pizza. I waited an extra 10+ minutes beyond when they said it would be ready. Not a good Pizza Hut store.

I ordered my pizza online 3 hours early, went to pick it up and had to wait while they made it and cooked it. What is the point of online ordering???

The pizza is good and was ready on time. My complaint is that I waited for over 5 minutes after I entered the store before anyone came out front to help me with my pickup. I was the only one in the store at the time. Once someone came out front they took care of a customer who had just entered the store rather than asking me if I needed help.

If I could give this location a zero star I would. The manager and her employee were completely incompetent. The online system had issues, I brought it to their attention and they continued to make it seem as though it was an error on my part. I explained to them that the computer wouldn’t allow me to select an ordering option under the deals tab. They continued refocus the blame on me. I was just trying to have them honor the deals tab online since the system wasn’t working. Aparently, they are a franchise location and do not believe in customer service. Quite unfortunate. I had a large order and took it to Domino’s whose online system worked and customer service was 10 times better! They even honored Pizza Hut’s deal! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION!

Updated to add — it has been ALMOST A MONTH and still no refund/​reversal of charges. We have now had to take this up with the credit card company. What a joke. Pizza Hut sucks, I will NEVER go to not only THIS location but ANY Pizza Hut!

I could of sworn when I walked in I was the grinch who had stolen all of the employees Christmas presents. Right off the bat I asked for a wing menu at Pizza Hut/​Wing street and the lady snaps back after a 5 second failed look for the menu says sorry we don’t «got «one. Try and order the wings just plain wings and keeps asking me about sauces and I continue to say no no no!!! Rushes me to finish that order while I’m still trying to order a pizza. Rush rush rush. Tells me sir go sit over by the bench so I can see if customers are coming in. I give this place 1 start

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut several times and always have a problem with the people who answer the phone. They are just plain rude! Well, keeping with their ususal behaviors, it happened again today. This time it was the «manager» Luis. He should never be a manager of anything to do with customers. He lacks manners and should be a janitor, instead of a manager. The pizza itself is good and wings are tasty, but everyone who has taken my order has either messed up the order or was rude on the phone. I hope they correct this in the future.

The pizza here is not too bad! When ordering by phone, sometimes I feel a bit rushed by the person taking my order. Our usual is the stuffed crust pizza with an order of the honey BBQ bone in wings. Overall, I can’t complain too much! Easy dinner for a lazy night in!

Also, It shouldn’t take an hour to make a pizza… especially when Pizza Hut isn’t even made from scratch! What is this madness?
The employees here are usually in the back goofing off.
They’ve messed up my order before too, several times… sigh.

While i was shopping for hours at Daiso, dude picked us up their BIG DINNER BOX.
All for $ 10 u get one medium pizza with one topping (we got half and half toppings), 5 breadsticks with marinara sauce and 10 cinnamon sticks with icing.
Delicious Carbs Galore!
Service was friendly per dude.

The first time I got a «to go» order there the idiot behind the counter gave me an OLIVE pizza instead of a mushroom pizza and 10 wings instead of 20 (which I unfortunately did not discover until after I got home). I emailed the website and got NO RESPONSE. I was the only customer there – how do you screw up ONE ORDER?
