Just went to radio shack, pretty disappointed with the service. I have a warranty on an item, I went to return my current product that is defected. As I walk in there are two men, one working, one standing around and a third with a customer. As I ask for help, the man doing NOTHING told me to wait until his partner was done with the other customer. Two minuets later another customer walks in and gets help immediately. Obviously the man standing around ignored me to make a sale. I know if I was at my job, standing around doing nothing and there was a customer that needed help, I would not ignore him. This was poor service thanks for nothing crappy employee.

I accidently left my iPhone in a bathrobe, then put it in my washing machine. Pulled it out after 2 minutes but it was soaked. Immediately turned it off and put it in rice. Next day I took it to Radio Shack. Technician, Cesar Bahena, charged me $ 35 with no guarantees and pulled off a miracle. It works. I may still have to replace the ‘screen’ due to internal watermarks ($ 160), but it works. Great job Cesar.

Shattered my iPhone5 glass last night– and I’m leaving out of country tomorrow. A working phone was imperative. Apple store was backed up and would have cost at least $ 149 to replace glass. This radioshack had very nice and helpful guys working the counter and I got my screen fixed within a couple hours for $ 119. I also purchased an OtterBox case on clearance for $ 12.
Overall, this was a great first impression!

So it seems that everyone who comes in here is replacing a car key/​alarm battery or a garage door opener or something like that. I’ve come here a couple times for that reason. They are very helpful and will change the battery for you in as many devices as you like. Cesar and Carlos were very helpful when I came in. They changed the batteries in my garage openers in about a minute, as always. And when I rolled my ankle on a pothole in the parking spot next to my car (property owners/​mgmt are lucky it didn’t break) they brought me back in and gave something to sit on till my ankle was ok enough for me to hop back to my car. Very helpful staff. I’ll keep coming back.

I needed a replacement battery for my car key — check!
They have every battery size under the sun. This location is in a sleepy little strip mall, but if you are looking for a battery, they will have it. Pricing is average.
The service was good, I was here just after 9am and I was the only person in the store, consequently, the individual working took my battery and returned with exactly what I needed.

I bought a camera for my girlfriend and it was suppose to be a cannon rebel t3i come to find out he gave me the t3 version and on top of that there wasn’t a battery. And the box says rebel t3i!!! He played me a fool !! I’m going to complain! His customer service was also rude af! And he was the manager! Off the bat he automatically judged me right when I walked in. As I was going to pay for the camera by the help of a nice employee that same manager was standing by the door the whole time like I was going to run off with the item. As a manager I find his service unacceptable. Now I have to wait after Xmas to return all this!!! If this goes out of hand I’m calling corporate!!! The manager is asian and seems pretty judgmental!!! Smh and I was respectful with full professionalism

this store is clean full of enthusiastic people that work there. definitely would recommend coming in to do your cellphone upgrades there best prices around, and no mail rebate… better than waiting for hours at the verizon store.
