I am not sure there is a more qualified ormore courteous physician in the south bay! I was impressed with the office, the staff and especially Dr Chang. It did take a little bit of time to see him as there was a wait however once in the room with him he goes to great Lengths to make sure that you understand everything there is to know about your medical condition and more importantly his plan to help you with it. He is very honest and straightforward but in a kind and caring way.
I was very impressed with him and would highly recommend him if you need to see a pulmonary specialist.

Doctor Robert Chang does not need a Unilocal review because he has already established himself as one of the best Pulmonary doctors in the area. He is a critical care doctor and he saves lives.
During an office visit he always takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. He also takes the extra step to follow up.
I never mind waiting for Doctor Chang because I know that when it is my turn I will get quality care.

Don’t know how he can remain in business when he runs 1 ½ hours behind. Really? Would have left a long time ago if they hadn’t already taken my co-​pay!
