On my one year anniversary, they raised my rent from $ 92 to $ 124. Also, the measurements of the unit were one square foot shorter than advertised. I let it go because I was already moved in, but the more than 33% rate hike was the last straw. Also, their lights went out on several occasions, causing quite an inconvenience. They said they hired an electrician to check it out, but corporate was very rude in the process, so who knows if it was true.
With the rate hike, the screwy measurements, and the lighting issues combined, I can’t say I’d call them trustworthy.
Additionally, access hours are limited more than others, especially on weekends. Very old, nuclear fallout type of facility. Gate security, but no cameras. Finally, their signs are apparently not very clear either — I was meeting quite a few people at my storage unit to sell some things and most people got confused as to where the entrance was if not very carefully directed.

Been here over 2 years, through 3 managers, all competent and friendly. The place is well kept up, clean, and was completely repainted a year ago. When I had an upstairs unit, the elevators worked well and the carts were almost always available. The only problems I had with the (convenience) carts was from inconsiderate other customers who kept their loads on more than one, tying them all up.
I really do not like how the hours of this place are extremely UNFRIENDLY to businesses who may want to pick up a stored tool or material before getting on the road before traffic… and they close too early.
And the holidays closed is EXTREMELY inconsiderate to everyday customers who only have those days to go in and sort, or who may need to get their coolers and ice chests out for the Bar b q in the park.
(So I really should rate is 4 stars, except they are that good otherwise…)

Moved here from PS self storage after getting annoyed that you are penalized at some storage places for being a long term customer. My friend highly recommended this place and so do I. Prices are fair and stay that way over the long term. Storage units are clean. No rodents. They pay attention to who comes in and out. Excellent security.

So happy I chose this place. Very clean, the staff is knowledgeable and management works with your situation to get the most bang for your buck. I am happy that they are open 7 days a week, I spent most of my time there on the weekends.

Hermosa Beach, CA
After shopping the area, this was the best rate in town that I could find. They have a move in special that gets you a free month and the facility is nice and clean. I do feel like I’m entering a prison, haha, but what do you expect from a storage facility. Staff members are ultra nice. Got the job done, cheers!
