The sales associate Dazjanay was so helpful and kind.
I really appreciate her being honest and not giving me the run around I will continue coming to this Sprint it’s a pretty big store they welcome you when you walk in very friendly environment love it !

They are only getting one star because I can’t give them 0. Worst service that I have ever received in my entire life!!! Martin (a manager in training) is a JOKE!!! Everything that comes out of is mouth is a LIE!!! This store is full of incompetent individuals that can’t do a simple return. I was with ATNT for 12 years and the biggest mistake of my life. I hate sprint and its horrible service and the unacceptable customer service!

I’ve recently moved back to the South Bay so finding a new sprint store can be hard. I’ve used this one twice now and it’s my go to store now ! First time I had to go reset something in my iPhone 6 so I could send iMessages easy breezy! In and out in 5 minutes and everyone that works there was polite and eager to help. However the customer care I received today from Erick and Dominic was AMAZING!!! I had only gone in to print up a copy of my closing bill for 2015 taxes (I just wanted the total and they printed it without me even having to ask) Erick and Dominic looked over a plan I had just redone at a Best Buy store and found a better plan for me ! I’ve been with sprint for 15 years and this was the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. If I could I’d give this store 10 stars ! Thank you sprint for having such great customer service makes paying my bill easier lol !

Worst store ever. Loud music about smoking drugs and having sex. Racial slurs being tossed around as well as loitering friends taking up the clerks time. My issue wasn’t resolved and Dominic was the rudest sales person I have ever encountered. He should be fired without a doubt. This store is run by a bunch of idiots.

Site of THE WORST cell phone purchasing experience of my life. To be fair, it is partially Sprint corporate’s fault because their policies and procedures are not created in the interest of serving the customer well.
I live in LA but because I had some business on the South Bay, I RESERVED A PHONE and made am appointment at this location. When I arrived, i was informed that the phone I had reserved was not in stock and I would have to pay $ 10 to have it shipped. I reserved the phone online. Why is it not in stock and then why do I have to pay delivery when every other retailer has had the sense to comp delivery whether we are talking Nordstrom or Sunglass Hut? After all, Sprint will have made about $ 2000 off me in a single year. Bad form, Sprint corporate.
Desperate for a my replacement phone, I agree to have it shipped to the store since I would need a data transfer anyway. I’m told it should arrive Wednesday and I would be called when it does.
I set up a tracking notification via UPS which notified me on Wednesday that the phone was delivered. No call. Thursday morning, I’m on hold for 8 minutes while they are supposedly looking for my phone. I hang up and call back. They don’t have enough staff to look and promise to call back in the next 30. No call until several hours later saying they don’t have my phone. Now I’m pissed.
I call back and tell them that I received a tracking confirmation from UPS that the phone was delivered the previous day and provided the name of the person that signed for it. On hold another 5+ minutes. Finally I’m told the phone is there and I can come pick it up anytime.
I said, «On principle, I need you to at least eat the cost of the shipping plus whatever else you can do because you have wasted so much of my time and this entire experience has been terrible.» The associate, Carly, apparently also the store manager, proceeds to tell me that I have to request my refund from UPS. It’s not UPS’ failure. They delivered on time. Besides the fact that that is not an acceptable way to address a customer concern. She then wastes more of my time telling me about the lame store procedures for checking in inventory… Blah, blah, blah…
I said, I need a VIP support number so I don’t have to waste more of my time to get this refund. «We don’t have VIP support.»
I’m over it at this point and just want my phone. I walk in at 6pm to a queue of 6+ people ahead of me. We all know that’s st least 30 mins per customer. I walk out because I can’t waste another minute on this company.
Unfortunately what they don’t realize is that they would make more money on me over my lifetime if it was an efficient and pleasurable experience. I AVOID replacing my phone for as long as I possibly can because it is always a bad experience.
Sprint corporate: you need to give your associates and managers conflict resolution training and more so the tools to solve problems and make customers happy. I paid extra for your iPhone Forever program where I get to upgrade whenever the new phone comes out but I don’t even want to deal with you now if I can avoid it.
Here’s thousands of dollars every year. Thank you for for the headache!

Ask for the female associate called Alex.
If you can Alex to help you, she is honest, helpful and will save you money.
She told me about a 10% AAA Discount that is a huge savings.
The repair department here is also very sweet.
Much better than the corporate Sprint store down the street. TRUST ME and the other Unilocalers. 90 reviewers can’t be wrong.

Excellent customer service… i actually went over there to inquire about upgrading my phone and planning to get an additional ipad today and the lady that helping me had answered all my question’s and totally had patience. She gave me all the information’s that i need… Overall, i was so happy with the customer service, very satisfied. Thank you!

Great customer service! Plenty of parking for my motorcycle! Came in for questions on my bill and I walk out with their Hotspot service. Great deals! keep up the great customer service Shalonda!

Ana Lopez (store manager) is the worst person ever. Whoever thought to give her a sales job at all was on something. She should be fired. She has no people skills, no tact or manners. I have called corporate to complain about her. Unilocal can only do so much. She needs to be fired.

Look at the other reviews! It is really bad here. First of all my wife and I waited over an hour for help! We would have gone elsewhere except we had to return at this location. The manager Ana had a very bad attitude. This isn’t even a direct sprint store, they are a third party store. Because of that they try to argue that the sprint corporation policies don’t apply to them. However sprint corporation says it does. That’s how the manager tries to screw you over and bully you into paying fees. The manager and my wife got into an argument and instead of calming my wife down she kept going! What kind of manager does that? She should not be a manager. Now that you know how she is you can get an idea of the type of service you will get here. Look at the other reviews, they consistently say this store sucks. Get a NEW MANAGER!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! What makes it even worse is the fact that the TERRIBLE HORRIBLE service comes from the STORE MANAGER!!! The manager was rude and very disrespectful! I have NEVER met a manager who treated their customers like shit!!! Don’t come here!!! The manager gave us a hard time returning a phone and then tried to charge us a restocking fee, when the phone was never opened!!! I have never been to a place where I was so mistreated. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I usually hate going into cell phone stores because 1. They’re really crowded and 2. The sales people are really pushy. So I loved that this store, when i went, was pretty empty. We were greeted when we arrived and received great customer service.
I didn’t give them 5 stars because Sprint needs to give this store better computers because the computer was very slow and froze at one point while I was being help. No fault of the girl who was helping. She was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.
Overall I had a good experience.

Terrible service. She was very judgmental from my phone and just rude. Never reccomend this place, no wonder it was so empty there!
