As a salon owner who suffered due to the unprofessionalism of this company rep, I must warn other salon owners to have reps sign a confidentiality agreement before allowing reps to cause mayhem in your business.

I love this place! They carry all of my nail products here! Anything I can’t find anywhere, Sweis has it! I love going through the clearance section, always have great deals! I got myself a manicure bowl for only $ 1! Awesome!!! They even carry Palladio makeup, wich I love & their herbal tinted lip balm is the BEST!!! I do wish they opened a little later, maybe until 8:00pm? Maybe we could work on that in the future? Hehehe. Thank you, Sweis, for providing professional, trusted brands!

This place has great customer service, and for that I am VERY thankful. I am on a mad search to find Biosilk hair color. Although Sweis Inc does not sell it, they were very nice to me, and helped me track down the right people to contact to try to find it. I am so thankful for this because the other stores here in LA — SalonCentric and Cosmoprof, as an example – were trying to argue with me. The other stores were acting like I had NO idea what I was talking about — saying that Biosilk does not make haircolor, and that Farouk is not a part of Biosilk(really?!? I think I would know)… The girls at Sweis, I feel, are well educated on the back end of this business when it comes to professional contacts, distribution rules, and brands. The customer service is good, and they treat me with respect. That is something that is very hard to find in this business nowadays, and it is invaluable. Please keep your employees as pleasant as they are! Thank you!

They no longer carry much in the way of nail supplies and it is just as well. The service varies from poor and inept to you-are-interrupting-me. Clearly the walk in traffic is not a big part of the business. Product was so often old I opened them before I left the store(half cured IBD gel was placed back on the shelf when I returned it) «are you really going to put that back on the shelf?» evil look, yup, someone will not bother bringing it back or lose the receipt.. . Parking filled with employees, twice parked in by deliveries or asked to move my car for delivery, don’t park near, can’t park far… Last visit, usual unknowing help behind the desk, no idea of nail wrap products, take me to unrelated products, saw the product on a shelf on my way out, «this is it», help says, «that is on close out», contemptuous… and how old is it? Yikes… Was a good source in the old days, but those days are gone, gone, gone.
