Titan Appliance Repair

Their repairman Sam seemed that he does not know what he is doing. All the suggestions and advices he made were just to fill the pocket of his company but not helpful AT ALL! I called them because I read a lot of good reviews but now I feel they are all lies. That’s why I went on here so every one knows NOT TO HIRE HIM! In summertime I had my AC unit out and I actually knew what the problem was, I just needed a professional help. But he started making up different problem which would cost hundreds more than it should. So when I said what the real problem was he said that those were jut advices and not necessary. Weird. So I didn’t use their service, seemed sketchy and unprofessional from the very beginning.
When i got suspicious, I found out that
they dont even have a LICENSE, so i filed a complaint to California State Department of Consumer Affairs — Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair
Next time I will be smarter and check the license before I hire an ac company.
These crooks dont have air conditioning license as well!
