This review is actually for a broken forearm incident for my then 13 year old son that occurred back in 2008. I’m only posting this because he had a recent follow-up with Dr Halikis(who works in the same office) after my son experienced recent discomfort. Back in 2008, we had Dr Shrader inspect the injury and perform surgery without any problems. His anesthesiology team was actually able to find an irregularity with his heart just prior to the surgery, so that was comforting to see that they paid attention to those details. The surgery went smoothly and Dr Shrader and his team were great. They provided before/after xrays and everyone was very professional. Now in 2015, Dr Halikis did a small minor follow-up. They performed the in-house x-rays and consultation and did not find any problems. It appears it may have just been aggravated. But all is well now.

Went in for a dislocated elbow for my 4 year old son at the referral of his pediatrician. The staff was extremely efficient and crowbarred me in for an appointment with only a days notice. My son has high anxiety and the doctors skill with dealing with him was perfect. Hope we don’t have to see him for anything in the future but if so either for myself or my son I will definitely choose Dr Shrader. Highly recommend

Dr, Shrader has been taking care of my 91-year-old mother since September 2011 when she had hip replacement surgery. More recently, she fell and broke her femur. He has been wonderful with her care. He is very open and honest yet very kind. My Mom likes to «chat» and I know Dr. Shrader is really busy. But he continues to listen and talk to her, sometimes while wheeling her wheelchair out to the lobby. Hopefully, I won’t need orthopedic services; but, if I did, I would certainly go to Dr. Shrader.
