To the verizon team,
My name is Faith Firmalino, I recently bought the iphone 6 a week ago and the employees who assisted me were Irving Gregorio, Stephanie Esparza, Stephen Valle and Alizae Caldwell. These guys did such an excellent job with their customer service. I really appreciated the fact that they all worked as a team especially communicating with me which were affordable not just the phone but also the plan itself. The team/​employees at Verizon Store in Del Amo Mall are great employees and I cannot missed to recognized each in individual employees for the awesome work. Lastly they truly made my day by assisting me efficiently. I thank you once again to the great service you all provided me and please continue doing the excellent work you all provide to the customers with a great attitude/​smile you all bring to work. Thanks you guys and you all are awesome people :)!!!

The five stars say it all… as good as it gets! I actually had fun upgrading my phone, got exactly what I wanted, and it was completely painless. The staff here was the most helpful group of Verizon employees I’ve ever encountered.
If you’ve got any Verizon business to do, do it here!

This is NOT a true Verizon store. They only want you to buy the contract for their commission. Don’t expect any help or customer service. They don’t give a rats ass about your needs after you leave the store. Even the store manager Milad was rude. Like I said, all they care about is the commission. Avoid this place at all costt!!! It’s not worth the irritation. Go to a corporate Verizon store.

First and foremost let me say I have never had such a good experience at a wireless retailer ever! I came in this store just to inquire about their promotions and was greeted by the friendliest staff I have come across in quite a while.
Kudos to Oscar, Milad and the district manager (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). They all did thier part to take care of me and set me up with such a great deal I just had to leave a review.
Very rarely do I go into a place where the staff treats you like human beings instead of just another customer or sale.
Look no further if your searching for wireless service provider, this is where you wanna be and just like me you’ll be glad you did.

This place is in Del Amo Mall right next door to Lids and Things Remembered store. The mall is currently under construction but don’t let that detour you from such a gem of a place.
