This Walgreen’s is a great store to shop its 24 hours and it always clean. The cashiers are real nice and friendly. I go there also for the pharmacy which is convenient when you work the night shift. I highly recommend to anyone looking for last minute items in the early morning hours store.

Just around the corner from my place. My husband and I are regulars. The employees are always friendly and help you with anything that you need. plus it’s open all day couldn’t have gotten better then that. Especially since sometimes people need to buy last minute things.

Geeeez…9min 50sec wait, on the phone… I wish I could work there just for phone calls… Maybe people there would be happy.

I’ve been ordering my medications here, since the location first opened. Even though I’ve moved to Carson, I still come here because of the pharmacy staff. Sophie in the pharmacy department, always remembers me and my family, and immediately prepares our medications as soon as she sees us. The Walgreens app makes ordering refills so much easier. Always make sure to grab a flyer at the front, because sometimes you’ll miss great deals!

I had very important photos to print out for other people and I didn’t have time to do it, myself. Plus, there were a lot of pictures that I needed to print. I remembered that Walgreens allows you to upload photos directly to them via their app, for printing. I had tried it before and the app didn’t work right. It completely sucked, so I uninstalled it and forgot about it. It’s been quite awhile since that happened, so I figured that they had time to fix all the bugs. I downloaded the app again and was quickly able to upload the pictures directly from my phone. It took about 30 minutes for all of the photos to upload, but be patient. It works. It all depends on how many you upload to print. The more you have, the longer it takes to upload. But, have no fear… they were ready on time in an hour, as promised!

Thank God for the drive thru pharmacy! All prescriptions should be drive thru accessible to keep sickly people away from others! Love the convenience to swing by on the way home and it sure helps when you have a kid to not have to get out of the car. Bonus points for being a 24⁄7 pharmacy location!

Yes I know its long, but worth the read: This was my first time in this store and the employee named Teresa was so rude to myself and my significant other because of his service dog. She walked up to us and asked us to put our service dog named Ranger in a cart instead of letting him walk around because she said it is against the law to allow any animals to walk inside of Walgreens. I told her that owners are allowed to be accompanied by their service animals in any public space where the owner is allowed. Ranger was not wearing a service dog vest at the time because he had just received medicine at the base of his neck and we did not want to irritate the area. The employee Teresa then asked to see some type of identification for Ranger and said that it is required by law that he wear a service vest which is in COMPLETEVIOLATION of federal ADA laws that say, a business«May ask ONLY(1) if animal is required due to disability and(2) what tasks it is trained to perform. May not require documentation or proof of certification or licensing. 28 C.F.R. § 35.136(f)(2010).» We know what our rights are and this employee clearly crossed the line and was talking to another employee obviously very loudly saying«Arent service dogs required by law to wear a vest?» to which the other employee answered«yes». I have NEVER been so disrespected while in a store because of our service dog. They were trying to make us look bad as if we were just trying to skirt the law. Then another employee started following behind us for no reason, just staring at Ranger. Mind you my dog is house trained and is trained to sit at our feet when we stop walking, he was in no way unruly or out of hand. Our service dog has all of his paperwork from my significant others doctor saying that he is indeed in need of a service animal. Also, Why would your employee suggest that you put any type of animal in a grocery cart, knowing that people put their food in those? That is a very unsanitary practice that is being suggested at your store. Walgreens needs to address this issue with their very rude employee and update her on the laws regarding service animals.

This rating is only for the pharmacy! I got out of urgent care late so of course I had to go here… We drove from San Pedro just for my RX and when we get to the drive thru pharmacy we sit behind two cars for more than 30 minutes! So we manage to get out of the line and go inside which is still a line there too… The man at the counter seemed fairly nice my husband went up while I stayed behind but he forgot my insurance card and since I’ve never been there they needed it So he walked out and we tried the drive thru again this time nobody was there but still the line was long once the man helped us he was nice and tried to help We found out he is working alone why would they staff only one person to. A 24 hr pharmacy??? Don’t they know people will go in late ?? I don’t understand this was way ridiculous

I don’t know what changed here but I’ve seen the same pleasant employees for years and in my last two visits they’re all gone and the replacements don’t seem like they have worked there more than a day. Cursing in front of store patrons, long lines at the register… really downhill. Going to CVS or RiteAid from now on.

Just read all the reviews, and that sums up my report. Pharmacy people extremely rude. Went there last night and seriously thought I was going to choke the pharmacy dude just for how rude and unfriendly he was. But I didn’t have time to get arrested and go to jail and all that jazz associated with choking someone out, so we’ll just to to CVS.

Old lady at the cashier rude, doesn’t speak, or look at me. I don’t usually go to this Walgreens, but they had something I needed. Everyone else here seems nice. She was just plain rude. Not just to me, she did the same to the girl in front of me. If you expect some good customer service I suggest going to the Walgreens by western and lomita.

Hmmm… I’ve been here several times and don’t really understand the overall low ratings given. This location is open 24⁄7! Has a drive-thru Pharmacy(although I’ve never used it), plenty of open parking spots, Redbox Movie Rental Machine inside, and it’s fairly clean & organized. Upon my last visit, I purchased a passport photo. They offered same day service. In fact, it only took about 10 minutes for my picture to be ready. The guy helping me was nice enough to take several pictures because I’m sooo not photogenic! So far, no complaints I can think of. This is pretty much my go-to Walgreens Store.

The two stars goes to the pharmacy only they’re always kind and understanding. Don’t get me wrong. The store is clean but when you approach the actual employees and get closer they look like they just saw a dead body and it’s talking to them. So they stutter out an answer that you can hardly hear and you and gtfo(let’s hope you know what that means). When I go in I just make sure I know what I want so I don’t have to ask any questions and I pay in the pharmacy. With as many times as I’ve actually been there I’ve only been greeted once and it scared me… like who says hello anymore? Talk about rude. She was super sweet and go figure, no longer there. P. S.: If you go at the wrong time be prepared to wait in long lines. There will be a poor girl checking people out with 10 in line, the lady who bought the store and wants to write a personal check but can’t read so needs her glasses… ahhh…then you have the employee guy over in the«photo lab» whistling or texting as people frustratingly wait. They don’t know what open a new line means. Oh well, and my idiot self will keep coming back.

3 Stars for being 24 hours. I would have only rated it with 2 stars if it wasn’t. But they are always under stocked when it comes to their drinks. They also have a very poor drink selection. I walked in last night and there was no good Arizona drinks left. I usually get the green tea, mango or half iced tea and half lemonade drink. But that night I wanted a green tea lol smh The cashiers here don’t look the most happiest but so far, I’ve never had a problem with them. The lines move pretty fast.

The inside is pretty standard. The people are okay not the nicest but definitely not mean. At night it’s not the best area to be in. The pharmacy is one of the only 24 hr ones in this area so I end up having to deal with them. I’m diabetic so I prefer 24⁄7 pharmacies. The pharmacy gives problems to my husband as well but the cvs that we used to go to on PCH and Narbonne is no longer 24hrs, the closest one is in Long Beach and Carson I believe. Anyways the drive thru takes forever! Don’t expect to be in and out.

Located along Sepulveda and western, this walgreens is huge and open 24⁄7. There is a redbox located inside and it has a great selection of products. The pharmacy usually doesn’t have any lines and all of the employees are usually helpful! Also, there is ample parking, but the issue is just leaving around rush hour!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. The pharmacist manager is an old, bitter man. He started yelling at his employee in front of everyone for a simple mistake. I called to get a refill and they told me to come to the pharmacy. I drove 25 minutes to get to this location. When the«manager» talked to me, he started speaking in a condescending voice. He was raising his voice on me and speaking to me as if I was his little child or animal. He refused to do any service even though I told him I was told to come to this pharmacy. His tone was very demeaning to me. I told him to speak properly to customers and he has no right to use a tone like that. I left the pharmacy and called Walgreens customer service and they said they will take my complaint to «corporate». I’ve been refilling my prescriptions with them for over a year. The customer service is horrible at all locations but one I used to go to when I was in Florida. I’m changing my pharmacy to somewhere else. This company is just sickening.

Horrible customer service. I had written a review before, but now it’s gone, so I am writing it again. I won’t write as detailed of a review as I had before, but a few things: 1. I saw the manager texting in the back after they told me to wait for 30 minutes for two prepackaged prescriptions. I have NO allergies, on no other meds so no need to check for drug interactions, etc. No one was in line, no one came through the drive through, I barely heard the phone ring as I was waiting, and you obviously have time to text. Oh, and one of them was an antibiotic. 2. I was told to wait and that I would be called from the waiting area when my prescriptions were ready, but when I finally asked about whether or not it was ready, it had been sitting there for a while. 3. Another time, I came through the drive through, and I was told that a prepackaged medrol dose pack would take 50 minutes. What the heck?! Don’t you know that a medrol dose pack isn’t a chronic medication and it is obviously high priority? 4. When I wrote my last review, the daughter of one of the pharmacists(the one that was particularly rude to me) sent me multiple, LONG messages defending her mother. I suppose that is kind of sweet and naïve, but maybe her mother(and other staff at this pharmacy) should learn basic customer service and patient care skills before contacting people. Just sayin’. Verdict: These pharmacists are lacking in clinical judgment/skills, ability to prioritize, and customer service.
