Excellent service. The website is slick, efficient and the response was very good. I cracked the screen on my iPad. Dave came out, picked it up, repaired it then realized he got a bad batch of screens. Rather than give me the run around because the parts were bad, he replaced my iPad! That’s way above and beyond what I expected. We had a couple of problems connecting via phone but the service more than outweighed the communication issues, would definitely use the service again. As honest as they come.

My boyfriend cracked the screen on his iPhone 5 and needed a new screen quick. The folks at
are great. They meet you where you want. So our tech, Ed Liu met us at a Starbucks in Houston Heights. By the time it took us to order and get our drinks, the screen was replaced — with a nice screen protector too!
He took cash or credit and we paid him right there through PayPal. There is a lifetime warranty on the functionality screen as long as we don’t crack it again.
Plus, they fix more than screens. A man in line next to us saw what Ed did and asked about fixing buttons. Ed ended up servicing his phone after ours. Go, Ed!
