Mark is fantastic! We purchased our gas fireplace insert from Palace Aids a few years ago. His advice & product knowledge were great. He also comes over immediately if there are any problems. Great service.

Super knowledgable, super friendly people with great suggestions for pool and spa care. It’s a convenient location, and they really help take the guesswork out of pool care for the less pool-​maintenance inclined amongst us.
Their showroom has a great selection of wood and pellet stoves as well, so check it out if you’re looking to safely start fires in your house.
