Good local business. They need more workers so that the wait is less.

I had a blind that needed adjusting, they made it very easy, I had the blind back in 2 days! They even offered me a replacement while mine was being fixed.

Great experience! Eloise was very patient and professional. All store personnel did a great job. The Installer equally did a wonderful job. Everything was on point! We love our new Blinds!

I have been happy with the blinds, but it takes forever to get help. They have a sign in kiosk which is not prominently identified so be sure to sign in when you arrive.

For this kind of money you figure you’d get better Quality Assurance! Had to bring my blinds back after hanging and discovering they don’t tilt. the gears were not touching. Disapointed with the QA here.

I have been shopping with Blinds To Go(this location) since the late 90s. They do stand behind their product. Over time, I have outfitted my entire house with their products. I am very satisfied. Why not 5-stars? I find their sales people are trained with«blinders» on(no pun intended). You cannot deviate from their prepared sales script and procedures. This isn’t just with one sales, excuse me, «Design Consultant» either. This has been the trend(with me) for nearly two decades. Okay, there is more to like about this store(#200) than dislike. I have had several sales opportunities with Neha Thakur. I was especially pleased this weekend when I ordered yet another blind for one of the last windows in my home. She remembered my wife and I. I was pleased about that. In fact, I think this time her knowledge of us being previous customers saved us a lot of «the script» — she’s pleasant and appears knowledgeable about the products she carries. Last piece of information: they are very expensive, but I like paying for something that I know will last(having had purchased at Lowes, Home Depot, and Fortunoff in the past). When these blinds failed over time, they were replaced with Blinds To Go, knowing that they stand behind their craftsmanship. Since 1996 I have had two different blinds fail and twice they were repaired at no cost!

What a horrible experience. Went in with measurements and pictures of exactly what I needed. The sales woman could not have cared less. She quoted prices that I later found out were wrong and offered absolutely no help. BTW, very expensive prices here — try Home Depot instead.

I’ll start by saying that we’ve been generally pleased by our experiences with Blinds To Go. We’ve been able to locate the products, styles and colors we sought at prices we thought were fair(but certainly no bargain). The craftsmanship of the actual blind is good; we bought horizontal slat blinds. What their sales partners loose due to rigidity and the need for multiple repetition(due to the up-selling attempts) is somewhat balanced by their enthusiasm in providing assistance. We have had two areas of minor disappointment, neither of which would stop us from again buying here. First, Blinds To Go does no installation work– you’re at the mercy of their contractor regarding scheduling, quality and added cost. We had no significant issue with their local contractor, but were a bit miffed regarding their policies. Next, and this is the larger concern, the Blinds To Go product uses several types of fasteners and fit-and-finish pieces; they are very cheap and flimsy plastic, and fall off with everyday use of the blinds. Better engineering of these fasteners would add value to their product.
