Amazing and friendly staff. This dunkin is always busy but they make your wait time short. The lady in the drive– thru in the mornings is so friendly! And today I went in since the line in the drive thru was a little long and I was surprised that she actually recognized me! That’s just amazing. Love coming here before school/work

This is by far the best Dunkin donuts location in the Totowa area. Even though the drive-through line can be long at times they do a great job of making sure that no customer is waiting more than they should. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but once you become a regular you really get to experience that. The store was remodeled like 2 years ago and is now state of the art. The bathrooms are the cleanest of any Dunkin I have been to as the staff is on top of store cleanings. Sofu(manager) is always pleasant and welcoming. He works his tail off for this store but he also makes sure our order is done right every day. Him and his staff also never hesitate to give the kids free munchkins or donuts to thank us for being good customers. Prices are in line with all of the Dunkins in the area but(as any DD addict would tell you) the main reason why we drive the extra mile to go here is because they make our coffee RIGHT the same time everyday and THAT is worth it’s weight in gold!!!

this is 1 of 2 I go to(the other though being 6 – 8 mins closer depending on how I hit the lights isn’t as good but is undergoing renovations so will see if that translates into the product) as other reviewers have stated the drive thru can sometimes back up into the street though at around 7am that’s only happened to me 1x & many times if the weather is decent i’ll park in the lot & rarely has there been more than 1 – 2 ppl in the line(sometimes no one) & average wait time in the drive-thru is 4 – 6 mins & about 8 – 10 cars so they’re completing about 2 orders/min which to me is vg coffee is pretty good, only 2x out of I’m guessing 40 – 50 visits did they mess up the order, once forgetting the flavor & another time the sweetener(but I always a few extra at work so that’s not an issue) so to me 95−98% success is very good esp when you consider what the employees are getting paid – always cordial/friendly & if you like Indian women this is the place to visit keeping in mind that all DD donuts are pre-made frozen the only thing that differentiates one from another is how much jelly/crème then inject & at this loc it’s about a 40% filler which to me is very good – average size selection(more than what’s offered at the gas station locs but less than at a shopping center where space isn’t an issue) I’ve always gotten togo but the dining area looks clean 1 last note I left my donut at the condiment station – called them & even though it was no longer there when I returned they took my word(not that I’m going to lie about a $ 1.00 purchase) & gave me another which was nice(even when you consider how much they throw out daily… unless they donate?) solid 4 stars

There isn’t a time where I am not dissapointed with the coffee at this location. They literally always get it wrong and I don’t think it’s me, other places usually get it right. Even after asking them to fix it up a bit(ex: more milk or sugar) it is still gross. The store itself is fairly clean and the staff is friendly.

I love and hate this location at the same time. I hate that the drive-thru line backs up on to Minnisink Road every morning. It really makes it difficult for me to get to work some days. This is at an extremely busy intersection where having cars waiting on the road to pull into the drive-thru line can be really dangerous. But alas, people are lazy and don’t want to take the time to park the car and walk in for their morning caffeine fix. No, that I got rid of all of that hatred, I love the Chicken Salad on Croissant lunch sandwiches. The croissants are so soft and flaky, and the chicken salad is flavorful. Man are those jelly donuts addicting. I love that this location is also a Baskin-Robbins. They have 31 delicious flavors of traditional hard ice cream available as well as soft-serve. Very Berry Strawberry is just delightful. I love that it has real pieces of strawberry in it. It’s probably one of the best strawberry ice creams I’ve had. Make sure to sign up for their e-mail club for free ice cream on your birthday!

The doughnuts are excellent. The coffee is overrated. They frequently get orders wrong and the line at the drive through is too long. Sometimes the line of cars for the drive through extends into the road. It is going to cause an accident if they don’t do something about it.

Your one stop shop for donuts, coffee and ice cream. This branch of Dunkin is your run of the mill typical coffee/dessert shop. The store interior recently underwent renovation and is nicely decorated. Granted the walls are pink and there are giant cups of coffee on the wall; it could be worse. The store is relatively clean, but the sugar/straw stand looks like it was invaded by a horde of Mongols(Genghis needs his coffee too, apparently). The staff works very quickly to get you your order, and are somewhat competent; however, they are rude and not courteous to their customers. The coffee is on par with other Dunkin chains, and the donuts are just as good. Drive thru is convenient, when it is not mobbed. Average wait time in drive thru(during rush hour) is about 5 – 7 minutes. Average time(not rush hour) 2 – 4 minutes. Not a bad place to go to especially if you need a caffeine fix.

Just wanted to say that all the employees that work here are so friendly. They always say hello, good morning, have a nice day, etc. They almost always get my order right and if they don’t they accommadate me immiediately making me happy to wait. Love this dunkin donuts! :)

They did a refresh on the décor recently, there are a few armchairs which is a nice touch. But it isn’t Starbucks. I stopped in for breakfast; I tried the chicken apple sausage sandwich — just OK. Coffee is always decent but never as good as McDonalds. Not in the same league(or price point) as Starbucks. Staff here is good — fast if not friendly. No real complaints — a better than average Dunkin.

* This review is strictly based on my morning experience as that is the only time I have ever been here but for over 2 years. This is making me re-examine my mornings. The only thing positive about it is that it’s close to my job. The morning crew here is incredibly slow. They have 4 or 5 people working, three of which are doing the drive-thru and 2 making sandwiches. Well what happens when you walk inside because the drive-thru line is all the way out in the street? Well you wait, of course. Many times I’ve gone in and waited for a good bit at the counter for someone to even acknowledge me. I get a no-frills black coffee. Literally under 20 seconds to make, when I’m running late for work, it can be frustrating just waiting for someone to finally come up. All that said, I was dealing with this for a few years now. Now I went inside on my last visit and I think I’m done for good. There were about 6 people in front of me and no one was at the counter taking orders. three more people walk in and finally someone comes up. He says hello to the lady behind me and makes her coffee first? Really? 6 people in front of me and the first person served is the one behind me? I just walked out and was forced to drink the office swill.

This DD is a disaster. If you receive your order correct, please let me know what the secret is. Don’t you dare ask for a bagel sandwich not toasted, cuz them bastards gonna toast that sh#t, like it or not. We avoid this place like poison. In their defense, I’m sure there is a language barrier; processing something called a «berry blast coolatta» isn’t exactly easy to understand when you’re from Bangladesh.

I don’t think it’s too hard to make 2 lattes, one hot and one iced. I was proven wrong. Went through the drive through and said my order 4 times only to drive up to the window and have to give the order again. Then they asked me to park and wait and brought it out and they still messed it up. How hard is a «hot caramel latte» and an «iced caramel latte with an extra turbo shot»? I even made it easy by asking for both in the same size. very frustrated! never again!

Drive thru is quick and easy but the quality of the coffee is low. Go inside for a better cup of coffee. ~Have an extra min? Go inside for a better cup of joe
