Unhappy, they never listen to me. They’re unprofessional. They need to start asking people what they want instead of just going right to do damage. They shaped my eyebrows completely uneven and didn’t get all my hairs. I had to go home and touch it up. They need to be more precise and stop rushing to get to the next customer.

I can’t say I’ve always had bad experience here but nobody here is stable. Every time I find the one I like she ends up leaving so I’m always going to different people all the time & for that reason my eyebrows are a disaster and have stopped going there.

Been coming here for the past 2 years. There’s always candles burning too so it’s very pleasant. The most time I have ever waited was about 20 minutes and that was with 5 people ahead of me… so they’re pretty quick and it’s affordable. I usually always try to see Bindy, she does the best job. ;)
