An investment in diamonds or other high end jewelry should be a pleasant one all around and that is what you get at Gabriel Jewelers. I have been a customer since about the time they opened and mostly brought my jewelry repairs there (Joe is an artisan) and had purchased a few nice pieces over the years also.
When my husband and I began looking at engagement rings a few years ago I told him that I loved a Tacori ring that I had seen in the case for a number of years while waiting to pick up repairs or get a battery changed. We looked at it but also looked elsewhere (some of the brand name chains that advertise all the time). We came back to Gabriel’s as they treat you like family and know their business. Ben worked with us and we ended up getting the Tacori wedding set and it is amazing. Since then my husband had purchased a few more pieces there.
I highly recommend them if you are making such an important investment as a diamond. You can feel confident that they knew their business through and through and that you will pay a fair price. If there is ever an issue they will surely fix it to your satisfaction. Can’t ask for more than that. I love dealing with good people and also with local businesses.

A local gem, in a area where most of the stores are corporate owned, it is refreshing to find a family owned store that takes care of all your needs in a timely fashion, from their free cleaning service to repairs, I find myself going there not just for jewelry but for my other gift needs, it’s time we start supporting our locally owned businesses

I visited this jewelry store because it was local in town. I’m happy to have found this gem in Montville. I went in to get my diamond ring repaired and my movado watch battery replaced. The lady that greeted me was so pleasant and friendly. When I was checking out they took a photo of my ring and watch which I thought was a great feature to have. I plan to revisit for all of my jewelry repair needs, and for all of my cleaning purposes for all jewelry that I own. I would highly recommend this establishment.
