If you want honesty and integrity– find another company. I purchased a living social deal to have $ 2000 of windows installed. Instead I was was given an estimate that had no mention of the coupon, so I assumed that it would be reduced from that number. Not the case. I then tried to decrease the amount of windows needed and the cost of the window more than doubled. WILLIAM, a salesman was abusive and slammed the phone down on me. One of the owners was defensive of his rude employee and also said that the actual cost of the window is whatever they decide to charge and NOT a set price. This is a very sketchy operation and the owner has now threatened to SUE me if I dare to write a truthful review of my experience.
