Contrary to the other reviews posted about this location, I’ve found myself content with the service at this Banana Republic. Granted, I’m still just a college student and haven’t gone to shop at higher end stores. But, I’ve always been greeted by the workers when I first step in and I’m given enough time by myself to check things out. The employees approach me only after I’ve browsed through and picked out what I like.
Overall, I enjoy coming to this Banana Republic especially since it’s next door to my school. I just wish they had a bigger inventory of clothes!

I’ve been in here about once a month for the past few months, probably spending $ 100-​$ 200 each time. Not one has anyone ever offered to help show me a dressing room, or checked in on me to see if I needed a different size. Today I went in to buy a new coat and an outfit for thanksgiving. The sales girl helped the two girls that walked in after me, and some guy, and didn’t so much as give me a head nod. I had to wait in line at the register to ask for a dressing room, and then had to change clothes to go out and find a better size!
Last time I will EVER shop here. Ended up buying everything elsewhere.

This store let someone use my credit card without checking for the ID. They let someone else commit fraud by not being professional and following the rules. Don’t shop at this place if you don’t want your credit stolen!

Horrible experience at this Banana Republic. The sales associate, Yannick Tessema, was unprofessional and rude. I started shopping at the Gap/​Old Navy as a high school student and moved on to Banana Republic as a college/​graduate student and young professional. I have shopped with this company for over 10 years. However, one bad apple has spoiled the bunch and I will never set foot in any of this company’s stores again.
