With my most recent visit I will be sure to check true cashier before getting in her line. MaryAnn was rude and not courteous. I said both of those things because she did not greet me coming or going. I asked for a manager about the price of something and she called and said he was on the phone. I said well can I pay for this and wait and she shoved my receipt in my hand. I waited for the next customer to finish her purchase and got behind her and was told he’s on the phone but he has gray hair if I see him around the store. I’m in line so apparently I’m done in your store and I just paid for one item already crazy chic! She proceeded to say next customer before I even got to ask her where could I wait for the manager since I was done. Dan the manager took this complaint and my question and my price issue was resolved but if you work in customer service be courteous or QUIT! Don’t come for me because I will come for you and your job at be in Jeopardy! Having a bad day? Stay the bleep home: I’m spending my money here don’t take your issues out on me.

After recently becoming a homeowner and getting married, this store basically became my second home. We purchased a large majority of the things that we made our house a «home» with here. Always courteous employees, decent prices– they even send 20% Off coupons out every two weeks or so if you sign up(and it’s widely known that those expiration dates on them are merely a suggestion, not a rule). Loses a star for being a bit cluttered and hard to navigate, but makes up for it with huge variety of items they have in stock!

I was really disappointed in the«bed» in bed bath and beyond, they had nothing for toddlers beds or cribs! Not only was there no bedding it was very few products available for children’s rooms in general, I was told to look online. However I did manage to find a nice curtain rod… Can’t say it was reasonably priced, if I didn’t have a gift card I probably would have went elsewhere. I’ll stick to their kitchenware because everything else I just don’t see the value in the price. I was pleased with there guest napkin section! Can’t wait till I plan my next event. The associates were friendly, and helpful so my overall experience wasn’t bad, just wish I could have gotten more items off of my list. Especially considering bed is in the title, Ijs.

After asking for gift wrap(they were extremely busy, but still! Don’t offer it if you don’t want to give it!), I got an attitude from the sales person I was with. Then they ran out of wrapping paper, and she then yelled, «Oh my fucking God!» No lie. Totally shocked.

I am a fan of all the cool kitchen stuff they have. Definitely go here to find stuff you never thought you needed for your kitchen like a tomato saver thingy lol They are a bit expensive. And today I just wanted to go look around, shop for sales. Instead this fugly Bed bath and Beyond employee was straight stalking me. Ughh so much for therapy retailing. Other than today’s little drama, the store is clean and organized. And most employees are nice. O yeah you have to love their ample parking lot.

Who doesn’t know about BB&B? I’d heard of it but never shopped here until this past year. I was overwhelmed with the amount of STUFF they have! Gadgets galore for your whole house. I bought a down comforter, which turned out to be way too thin — so I returned it… some stick on little creatures(my best attempt to explain them, hah) to put on wine glasses, which turned out to not stick and be cheap and fall off — soo I returned those… and a couple other things which proved to be cheap and useless. This particular store was organized and the clerks were helpful. My returns were very easy. Really disappointed in the quality of the things they sell. I’m sure some are awesome, but I don’t think I’d shop here again.
