Very small ASC. Nasty front office staff, They do not validate parking like the PT does in the building. Love Dr Rozen and came here only because he relocated his practice to this location. Make sure you ask for all copies of documents/​brochures you are required to sign/​acknowledge, it’s a requirement for all health care providers to provide these documents, especially the transfer policy using 911.

Was looking for a new doctor and my insurance company recommended this place so I made a appt.
Got seen and everything. And the medical doctor tells me that we don’t write for certain medications.
So I ask him why. It’s a medication that’s been around for years and everyone takes it. I’ve been on it for 14+ years. He says he can’t write for it.
So god help you if you’re currently taking «Adderall» and if you select this guy for your medical doctor.

Here for an 8 am physical. Got here at 750 am. They called me back about 805 am. I’m just sitting in this cold room with a gown on waiting patiently. They finally entered the room to start my physical at 840am. Maybe I should have made a 830 appointment. I don’t know how I wanna feel because Cheryl really does a good job and has patience. Quality work takes quality time.
