I normally never write reviews but I’m so mad. This is the fifth time I have had an issue with my fridge. I even called the guy at the leasing office at 6 before they closed so my food would not spoil. He came up talked to me about it then left. I got home later that night my food is going bad and the fridge is still not fixed! Groceries are not cheap! Sad thing is I just got them today too. I have read some of the other reviews on this and majority of what they say is true. I liked it when I first moved in but I can’t handle this fridge deal. I have lived here less than a year. Also they man told me that it was because I had all my stuff in the freezer blocking the vent. He did move it. So that’s not the problem at all. The fridge is shot. Idk y they don’t get that! Smh

When I moved in, in December of 2012. I was told that by the end of the following year(2013). That there would be washer, and dryers in all of the units. … It is 2015, and nothing yet.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The leasing office staff are rude and never fix any issues that their renters have, instead they repeat the same thing and say they will help but don’t. I have lived here for a little over a year and counting the days till my lease is over. If you live on the second or first floor, you will hear your neighbors stomping around, the floor creaking, them talking(even at a normal tone) and there cabinets and tv. Its more than your typical apartment life, its hell. You shouldn’t be able to hear everything single thing your neighbors do. There are like 50 layers of paint on walls and they just chip off, even without being touched. They make you put trash outside door 5 times a week, but they don’t always pick it all up or they have off days they add throughout week. So if you have animals, good luck keeping bags of trash in your home until trash day. The hallways now smell like trash and is completely disgusting and in warmer months, it causes bugs problems. They charge 10% your rent if you put the trash out before 6pm or on non trash days. Oh, and the water for each apartment building is split between tenants. So if your neighbor upstairs uses water all day and you don’t you get charged based on their usage. Its a load of crap, and its a lazy way to bill. There is only 2 washers and 2 dryers per 12 apartments and they cost $ 2 for wash and $ 1.75 for dry(dryer never dries all the way either). So plan on spending 10 – 15 bucks each week on laundry. The appliances are not updated like they say and they work like crap, it takes 25 minutes to preheat oven and dishwasher, well lets just say you better hand wash it practically before putting it in. I could go on and on, but its super frustrating even thinking about how much the rent is here for the worst apartments in Towson. If I knew I was getting a crap apartment with bad leasing office staff I would’ve just rented a low priced apartment you already know is gonna suck. I don’t recommend to anyone, you will regret it.

Loud neighbors who don’t pick up their dog poop, limited visitor parking, and constant«renovations» that don’t improve quality of life

I have lived here for about one year, and I’ve run full circle. Looking to move eventually. I may have a different perspective than the core demographic that resides here(over 30, mostly married w/children, pet owners). Here is my take on living in a CRC property. Good: –Mostly quiet(not the summer) –Directly across the street from a major shopping center, walking distance to another, and under five minutes to a third. –Easily warmed-up apartments(at least us on the third floor) –Staff is technically more helpful than my last apartment. –Maintenance is fairly effective, and consistent. –695 is literally down the street.(Exit 28) –Pool and tennis court Bad: –Parking spot hunting can be daunting. –I technically live on a major road near said shopping centers, a municipal government building, two universities, two high schools and a primary school. So guess what gets congested twice a day? My place! –Odors due to pet ownership… –Pool was open for about eight weeks if that… Ugly: –My BGE bill was overcharged $ 250 when our AC was not Freon recharged. The complex help pay yet? NO! –I’ve had my car towed, due to the ridiculous lease change policy, which is $ 250 per transaction, and requires EVERYONE(moving in or out) to be present. Good thing two of us moved in. Rent is average for the area, but still high for what you get. $ 1400 for nothing spectacular, nothing you can’t find anywhere else.
