Extra Space Storage

It was quite unbelievable the experience I had the day I arrived to fulfill my reservation. When I first entered, the associate was friendly, but that quickly changed when he immediately became irritated that due to high stress I couldn’t park my moving truck correctly and offered no assistance in guiding me. Once I parked the moving truck, the associate began with snotty remarks about how I would make payment and repeatedly asked how long I would be renting. While demanding payment, conveniently omits the fact that there is a sign out front that states «First month free» why I am charged $ 47 for the first month. The rest of the time, the associate continued to exercise his terrible excuse of customer service with condescension. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would’ve been appalled. I would not recommend the facility to anyone. This same associate has repeatedly e-​mailed me asking for feedback when it is obvious he is just looking to make an extra buck as opposed to actually improving the terrible service he provided that day.

Excellent service. Clean and safe. So convenient! Easy to rent. Switch to a new unit if needed. Wayne is helpful and attentive.

Suitable for short-​term storage. However, customer service is pretty aggressive. I believe they must be making commission. Also, we paid extra for a temperature-​controlled unit, however I believe all units at this facility are temperature-​controlled. Bathroom seems rarely cleaned and is in constant need of cleaning. Air fresheners in elevators make you feel facility is cleaner than it really is. We were told the storage rate was pro-​rated, however, we were not reimbursed for the days left on our month’s paid rent. Make sure you get the 1 free month promotion!
