Forever 21

I absolutely love this forever 21. They have all new arrivals compared to all other forever 21 locations around. I can absolutely rely on this store if I need an outfit for any occasion.

this is quite possibly the worst shopping experience that i have ever had. the employees were extremely racist. i was looking at tank tops at a table being folded down and was completely ignored, however when customers of the opposite race approached the table a friendly hello was given. other than that, the store was a total disaster. i will never shop here again.

Nice sized shop. I have a love hate relationship with F21. I meant they have such cute sh! t but you can’t return a thing. Store credit, all day. Being an impulse shopper doesn’t help. Now I would like to say I never return a thing. In order for me to return something it has to be ill fitting and not another size available or I overspent and need to unload the most expensive piece. Returns are such a hassle. So that rarely happens. I’m a bargain shopper so I rarely pay retail price. At F21 though don’t even think twice about waiting for something to go on sale. You may never see your item again in life. I live in NYC. It’s gone after they put it out on the sales floor. Since this location is so massive, it’s easier to find more stuff. I purchased a bag that I saw months ago in NYC. Not big on paying $ 30 for a bag that may, may not last longer than a day but it’s so cute and looks expensive so I made that gamble. I got the last one too (:

Such a great place to shop when you’re on a budget! This location has two floors and is expanding. The selection is great and there is always something new every time I walk in. I’ve been shopping here for a number of years. The weekends turn this place into a mad house, everyone and their mother are scampering to find an outfit to go out in. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest and the customers like to tear this place apart… Clothes on the floor, babies crying, and long lines await. The weekdays are calmer and more pleasant for a little quality shopping time. I have to say that I recently had an AMAZING customer service moment last week with Marcy the manager on duty. She went above and beyond when I asked about this little black jacket with spikes in the window. It happened to be the only one left in the store. Marcy dropped what she was doing and went right into the window to check the size for me. It was a small so it was a no go. She then took my number and told me that if they got another shipment that she would call me! Five stars for Marcy!
