Chicken, rice and grilled vegetables are so yummy. If you are in DowntownTowson you should check them out and the owner is a very nice guy!

I LOVE this place and my review of the food hasn’t changed, except that the stand is not always consistent about showing up. Disappointing when I’m looking forward to a tasty gyro lunch!

This guy does it right. Clean simple menu and compact workspace. The food is amazing. I stumbled upon his food cart as a student a Towson University. After that first time I was hooked. I routinely stopped by for a gyro weekly. Every single time I was greeted nicely and my food was amazing. Now that I have graduated, where can I find a gyro that’s on par with his???

After walking around the Towson Farmers Market at lunchtime I needed to grab a quick bite before heading back to the office. Instead of the normal farmers market fair, I remembered Greco Bites was around the corner and I have been dying to try it! A short walk away, I made it to this little stand. The line was about 6 people deep and I was concerned about how long it would take to get my food, but the line went by so quick! The son and mother pair(I assume) was so on point, they knew exactly how to turn around food quickly in that tiny little cart. I totally shouted«SCORE!» and fist pumped the air when I saw that the price was $ 5.50 for a gyro(ok, I might have only done that on the inside, but I was really impressed with the price when anything at the farmers market was double that price). And for an additional $.50 I got a bag of chips. Overall, took a little over 5 minutes to get through the line and get my gyro. The owner was so nice and quick even with the hot temperatures in his little cart cooking up food, and long line of eager patrons, didn’t seem to fluster him one bit. The gyro was phenomenal. The fresh fine diced tomatoes and onions on top was seriously delicious, I think that made all the difference from any other gyro I have had. And the soft warm pita was perfect. YUM, it was heaven, I definitely made the right decision. GREATGYRO! They also offered hot dogs and a grilled chicken and veggie rice bowl that looked phenomenal. Maybe I will try that next time… but that gyro though might sway me.

Awesome gyro from the cart with the Greek flag. A little on the pricey side though for what you get. Make sure not to confuse this place with the other folks on the same block– very different products being offered!

This little truck is just the bees knees. Absolutely delicious gyros and the folks who run this operation on the daily are the nicest family. I stopped for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, the price and the people. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Spectacular! Despite working so close to the courthouse, I never popped over to try out a gyro– boy was I missing out!

Greco Bites is a 5-star Greek food destination in Towson! I always get the same thing, and its cool because the owner /chef«Bill» always knows what I want before I ask. Gyro with the GB Sauce! I’m telling you, even if you’re a tzatziki fan, *get the GB sauce* at least once. You’ll thank me later. So, I swear I already wrote a review for Greco Bites, but there is not one from me. No matter, Greco Bites is still five stars. I’ve been dozens of times, because it is the most economical lunch option in Towson. Bill keeps his truck clean, and proudly displays the Greek and USA flags every day. There’s even an imitation food truck a block away(the biggest form of flattery). The menu is short and sweet. It would be a challenge to spend more than $ 10 on a single person. Special note: He sometimes has special dessert items, homemade goodies like baklava and rice pudding. Get them! The rice pudding is delectable and the baklava is out of this world. I usually ‘drink’ the leftover honey at the bottom of the container. Let the nearly 205-star ratings of Greco Bites be your guide, this place is awesome.

I had to take the time to write another review almost a year after my last one. Impossibly, Greco Bites’ chicken has gotten even tastier, the rice pudding even better, and the gyros even more tender. If I had two wishes in life, the first would be to always be hungry, and the second would be to have a nearby and never ending supply of this food.

Greco Bites is awesome for the price. It’s a modest food cart mostly at the Courthouse as far as I know. The owner or operator is friendly and for $ 4.95 you can’t beat it. The cart is always clean and the souvlaki or gyro is always hot and tastes fresh and the tzatzaki sauce is authentic and tasty. I don’t have much more to say on the topic since the food is straighforward and the price is great. If you are looking for a quick meal and like souvlaki or gyros, give them a try. It’s well worth the price as I’ve had much worse for more $. They accept cash or credit so that’s good too.

I love Greco Bites! The food is consistently delicious and satisfying. I usually get the chicken souvlaki, gyro, or chicken over rice and vegetables. They serve non Greek items but do yourself a favor and order Greek. The marinades for the chicken and the sauce they put on the gyro and souvlaki are what have me coming back. Also everything tastes very fresh. They also have the BEST baklava I have ever tasted!!! Like a lot of people have mentioned — this cart is very clean. Service is fast and the cart owner is a great guy. He takes pride in what he does and genuinely seems happy to serve you. What more could you want?

The gyro was fast, made to order, cooked to perfection, and looked like artwork. I agree with the other reviews, the cart was very clean and the quality of the food was great as well! Absolutely no complaints. $ 5.50 for a terrific gyro, and they take credit card!

I’ve been eating at Greco Bites off and on since they came to Towson. By far one of the best street vendors I have been to. The food is always good and fresh with prices that make it an affordable lunch. Often you will have to wait in line, but that is just a clear indication of how good the food is. I suggest you try their GB sauce it goes great on every thing. do yourself a favor next you are in Towson stop by and grab some food. Hopefully it will be a day that he has rice pudding.

You cannot go wrong here. The price is right and the food is excellent! If they served this indoors I’m sure they could charge two or three times for their food. They are right on the corner and you can always count on them for a quick, delicious bite when you’re in a hurry. The folks are also nice and it just feels good supporting a familiar face in the neighborhood.

Hands down one of the top 3 street vendors in Baltimore! I’m pretty much a regular here. They are the nicest people too, and their food is alway good, hot and fresh. My personal favorites are the gyro(lamb) and the caesar wrap(chicken). The vegetables are so fresh as if they were just picked that day. Go treat yourself. This place is a gem!
