Since they moved from the mall service has gone down the tubes
Took my pumps in paid in full
Ask for new sole new heels and cleaning
Told pick up Tuesday
Went Tuesday said oh no. I wasn’t hold to have them done
My worker out them somewhere j did not even know about
Said They will call me when done
3 days later I called said ok to pick up
Went to pick Up Poor quality work– sloppy — worker has the worst customer skills ever
Not cleaned
Not worth the money nor the trouble
After being a good customer for years. I am gone

Best shoe repair place around! I take all of my shoes to him and my husbands shoes as well. I wouldn’t trust my high end/​designer shoes and boots with just anyone and I’ve never been disappointed with his work. He’ll tell you the truth up front about what needs to be done plus he’s an extremely nice guy to deal with. He’s been fixing and working on shoes for decades. I’m very glad I found this place and have also recommended it to several friends as well. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Just stopped by with a last minute issue. Got an opportunity for a cool black tie event, no time to shop for new shoes. I dug an old (very sad) pair out of my closet and the shoe liners were peeling terribly. Went in to see if Hakky sold an adhesive I could use, he did sell one, but didn’t have it in stock. Offered to put some of his glue down to repair the liners. I asked if I could come back for a more permanent solution and he basically told me my money was better spent on new shoes! And when I offered to pay him for the glue, he said «have a nice day!» What a pleasant surprise! So I’m off to my event and afterwards, I’ll definitely return to this business for my shoe repairs in the future :)

I’ve been going to Hakky for years, ever since the shop was at the mall. The man that works there is honest and very kind in my experience. The shop is clean and the prices are fair. Lately I’ve been bringing my dress shoes there periodically for a shine and the occasional repair. If you need cobbler services, this local gem is the place to go.
