I went to Italian Gardens at Kenilworth Mall today with my daughter who is in a full leg cast and the woman at the counter wouldn’t let us sit in a booth because I had inadvertently ordered from the carry out counter. I asked twice if we could sit in a booth given the fact that she is in a FULLLEG cast and there were several booths available. She again said«no». I will never give them my business again. She was just heartless.

I come here a lot, and think the food is very good. I have had pizza, subs, pasta and haven’t been disappointed. It’s a great spot to come and get lunch during the work day. One thing that disappointed me is that I got a Unilocal check-in offer for free french fries for this place and they wouldn’t honor it because it wasn’t printed. It was a check-in offer off of my phone, how would you expect me to print it?

Food was mediocre, but OK place to take kids. Nothing seemed freshly made on site.

Bland pizza. Decent portions to salad options. Nice staff. A safe family friendly option after seeing the holiday attractions in the mall.

Fantastic pizza. Definitely one of our favorites. New York style is very thin with a doughy crust, not crispy. A while ago they changed their chicken tenders so we no longer get them. Too much breading for our tastes. They have a great lunch pizza deal, 2 slices and a drink for $ 5. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I think they are pricey, 16 – 17 $ for a carryout plain cheese pizza is more than almost anywhere else. i know other people use their full menu and sit down inside but this place is pure carryout for us.

I looooove their pizza! Definitely the best in the Towson area. They are also one of the few places that offers gnocchi, which is my favorite pasta dish. Their house salad leaves something to be desired. Also the complimentary bread is nothing special either. I usually order carry-out and the people who work up front have always been very nice. I’ve only sat in the dining room 2 – 3 times but I was happy with my service each time. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I would recommend it to anyone. The deep dish pepperoni is everything!

I went in today and had the greatest service by our server Cara. It was prompt, and everything came out hot and on time. My Marsala was delicious! I’ll be returning very soon.

Plain cheese pizza is lacking to my taste? but the pepperoni& sausage pizza here is tied for first in the traditional italian pizza’s in the Balto. metro area. I had pasta here just okay, but most resturant pasta to me isn’t worth the money compared to home made by my Italian god– mother’s The location is off the beaten path in a litte mall that unless your going to JOS A Banks .or a lacross store you’d never go there .The Mall has a wonderful Christmas Train Village that is set up after Thanksgiving that will amaze small children and Toys R US adults

I always loved the take out pizza and decided to try the restaurant with a group of six. I have to say everyone loved their food, from the salads to the entrees and Had a great server named Steph. We will be back !

Best pizza in Baltimore, by far! Great food, fair prices, awesome service. Waitresses are always friendly and happy to accommodate requests.

Been coming here for years, mostly for the pizza. It’s good for families or a casual meal. «Gardeners Special» pizza is our«go to». Full bar &TV’s if you want to casually see what the O’s are up to. Highly recommend it around Christmas time if you have kids so they can check out the train garden in the mall.

I ordered from here for carry out & was VERY disappointed. My salad was OLD + only field greens — not a traditional house salad. My pasta needed more sauce as it was dry. 1 piece of bread for 2 to share. I guess if you dined in the food would be better.

We have been going there for years. Last night was such a terrible experience. I felt I had to write a review… we will NEVER be back. The blonde hostess was extremely rude. She put us on the list, we waited for a few minutes and saw several other families seated ahead of us… after inquiring and abruptly being told that she guessed she had something for us we were ushered past a large booth to a smaller booth in the back. We were a group of three adults with two children. We asked if we could have the larger booth and were told that we could go back out and wait on «the list» for a different table or just…“see if you fit in the table we have ready for you“ We had kids with us and although extremely rude we opted to squish into the booth than wait and have a kid melt down. The hostess talked to the waitress and the waitress came to the table with a huge chip on her shoulder… ordering a round of waters incited an eye roll… The meal devolved from there, bad service, worse food. We had to get up and ask for silverware, napkins, rolls and salad dressing. Today we have all been horribly ill with stomach issues. I’m sure a lot of people will want to see the train garden and then stop in for a bite. I urge you to skip Italian gardens. Their poor attitudes and service ruined our first holiday outing.

Best pizza in Towson hands down. Best part is you can walk right up and a fresh slice any time. Their meatball subs are great too. Nice little hidden gem in Kennilworth Mall. Definitely check it out.

Italian Gardens is our go-to place for takeout pizza. Try the bacon — the best! He whole family loves it!

Wow this place was busy. I think most cars in the mall parking lot were for this restaurant. I ordered two large pizzas(Traditional and White). To-go order took about 25 min(not bad for a busy place). Food was okay. My opinion is the price is on the high side for a large pizza. I would go back again but may opt for another pizza delivery place that offers a better price per pizza. 45 dollars for 2 pizzas shocked me.

Best pizza I’ve found in the area, hands down. Most places are downright disgraceful, but this place gets it right.

Good. but not spectacular. Better than a chain mall-type place but it can be hit or miss. The Italian dishes are good but it really all depends on who happens to be in the kitchen when you sit down. Opt for the back dining area. It’s away from the mall and little brighter than the front.

Bad service, obviously no manager on-site. Boneless wings dry and cool in the middle. Mozzarella sticks cheese not stretchy — more like school paste. Side of pizza sauce, room temperature. Pizza not bad but do carry-out so you don’t take your own life waiting for your waitress.

You can do Italian Gardens 3 ways: 1) You can order pizza to go. 2) Order your pizza or Italian specialties, then carry them and eat them in the Kenilworth food court. 3) Dine in the restaurant. They offer salads, sandwiches, pastas, chicken and seafood dishes and pizza. Pizza is what people come here for. You can get a NY style thin crust pizza or a Chicago style thick crust pizza. This has a big following in the Towson area. I have a friend who grew up on Italian Gardens and still returns to the area just for the pizza. I had to see what it was all about. We ordered a small(14 in) Gardeners pizza. It was topped with onions, peppers, mushrooms, spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni and cheese on a thin crust. It was tasty and even had a nice spicy bite. It was tasty and filling. The crust was thin, so I would like to go back and try something with less toppings. Overall, the service was pleasant and efficient. It was packed the night we came and I was impressed with how the servers were able to navigate the tightly packed tables. The food was good and I would give it a 3.5 stars.
