(Baltimore Clinic) Ridiculous is an understatement when attending Kolmac. The counselors are under qualified, the doctor who you see once a week speaks barley legible English and they will put you on a cocktail of drugs after speaking with you for 5 minutes. You have to be in a group setting for 3 hours with NO one on one counseling. They say it is one on one the first hour where everyone goes around in a circle and tells each other about their day. Yes, you get went to work, came home, took a shower… The second hour is an open group discussion where the counselors are not to intervene. I’m not sure they could because NONE of them no how to lead a group. The last part is 1 hour of drawn out ‘education’ This part is remedial at best where you draw a timeline, or write down your feelings and it is never discussed. STAYAWAY! STAYFARAWAY! This place is a where employers send employees to clean up or the court ordered them to go. DONOTGO! $ 5000 rip off and the only thing that keeps you clean is the forced Anabuse and the random drug tests. Clerical side of the company is a complete disaster. I dropped out after 1 week and I am still receiving bills. In regards to the counselors at this location the director is a is completely incompetent to. The female is arrogant and is under the delusion she is helping and should consider a career change and the new black guy they got in there is good but should get out now before he turns into the other 2. Again STAYAWAY!!!

I am a former patient. You will meet primarily with the«drug counselors».. They are somewhat arrogant in that they believe that they are the only ones who know anything about addiction and need no input from the patient. This is supposed to be a treatment facility where the staff supports and helps you change, not one that neglects you when you relapse. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated by Beth and Kolmac.
