It’s the dirtiest and ugliest place I’ve been to. Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

This nail salon does the basics. I can depend on them when I need something quick and when it may be late on a weekday or Sunday. Other than that, I’ve never had an amazing experience. Most of the nail techs have a nasty attitude and act like they don’t want to do their job.

Pretty standard mall nail place. Came for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and I was able to get right in a chair. $ 30 for a pedicure with a scrub. The woman who worked on me wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t necessarily warm and fuzzy either. She was quick though, and she did a good job. Overall it was an underwhelming experience, but not a terrible one either. Good for a quick in and out mani or pedi in a convenient location.

Service: I walked in on Saturday afternoon, May 3rd and was promptly whisked away to a pedicure chair. I was initially excited because I didn’t have to wait. Then I became skeptical because there was no wait on Saturday afternoon during prom and formal season. My excitement waned after realizing she was working on my feet with the same gloves she had on when I came in. Then I noticed that my water was not treated with the mandatory blue sanitizing tablet. Then I was appalled when she broke out a Dremel tool to buff my nail beds(my regular salon NEVER does this). While barely making eye contact with me she asked me if I needed my eyebrows waxed. My eyebrows were perfect as I had just had them threaded 30 mins prior to the pedicure.(As if I would let them put hot wax on my face! The wax probably had gobs of bacteria growing in it.) My $ 35 «spa pedicure» took her about 10 minutes to complete. It was the laziest, most stressful pedicure I’ve ever received. The polish job was very sloppy and she didn’t even bother to clean up the edges. Cleanliness: Dusty, hairy baseboards, and stacks of boxes and papers behind the reception area openly visible in the waiting/drying area. The were open buckets of colored goop next that I assume are products used during the pedicure. Thankfully nothing was scooped out for my services. Interior: They have several manicure and pedicure stations but the drying table only has space for 2 people. She sat me in the waiting area and told me to put my feet in a dusty drying fan. I deserve better! You deserve better! The only reason this place got 1 star is because that field needs to be populated in order for the review to be published.

I was a little hesitant to try this place based off the reviews but because of convenience I decided to just go with it. I’m not expert in mani pedis but this did the job. The guy who did my pedi was sweet and efficient. I forewarned him I was ticklish so he took that in stride even when I nearly kicked him in the face. The price was reasonable(32 for standard mani pedi) and the color selection was good. I have no real complaints about this place

Honestly the first experience I had here was tolerable. I got a gel manicure for a fair price of 25 $ and the nail technician was nice and she did a pretty good job. This is why I went back two weeks later. Much to my disappointment, the nail technician was a very rude man that had an open bleeding sore on his thumb. I’m sure that’s against the health code. I highly doubt he was even licensed. The cuticle cutter he used wasn’t properly disinfected. I should have spoke up but I honestly just wanted to get it over with and get out of there. When I washed my hands he dumped the water you soak your nails in, in the sink I was washing my hands in when there was another ripen one available. Like honestly? Didn’t even push back my cuticles and used some old sticky gel polish on my nails for the first coat of color which upon taking it out of the UV light, there was a weird scaly pattern. I mentioned this and he used a different polish. I am never coming here again. Please don’t even think about it if you wanna be free of staph or hepatitis c. Oh, and the manicure? i don’t even think I have to mention the fact that it looks terrible. A five year old could have done a better job. If i could give this place 0 starts I would. I never write reviews but I have never been treated so terribly. I think I need a tetanus shot.

The only plus of this place is the convenience of being inside the mall. Dirty and rude staff. I don’t recommend this place.

This place has become worse over the years. Got the worst mani ever last Sunday. They asked for $ 5 additional to buff instead of polish. Manicurist did not know how to repair a natural nail break. Never again.

Worst place to get a Mani from. The guy tech act as if he didn’t want to touch me, I could understand him, when I asked a question it’s like he didn’t want to answer omg so rude. Please save your money and go elsewhere

Ugh… why do I keep coming to these places? You get what you pay for here. And this place is incredibly cheap. The gel manicure is decent – but my pedicure looks like I did it. The nail tech acted like my feet were fragile. I’m not a petite woman, so I don’t know why he felt like he needed to be so gentle. Now I’m sure I’ll need another one in a week or so. Geez, i’ve been having some bad luck in this department lately.
