Do you yourself a favor and use any other tent/​event company than Loane Bros. I was forced to use this company for my wedding because my venue the Cloisters Castle only allows one tent company to rent from for their venue. So the day of my wedding came and rain was in the forecast. I spent roughly 3,000 dollars for a tent and heat. I paid extra 300 bucks for them to come in early on the day of my wedding because that was a rule they had with the venue. My rehearsal was at 12:30pm. When I arrived not only was the tent not up but the crew members started asking me questions about where to put barrels and the heater. I was trying to prepare for my rehearsal and wedding and now I have to tell these people how to do their job. This was unreal. Than during my rehearsal I had there workers getting in our way as they set up the tent. After my wedding I had several guests complain about the lack of heat in the tent. I spent all this extra money on heat and for them to come in early and they failed miserably. Take my advice and choose any other company in Baltimore.

After much searching for a rental company my husband and I decided on Loane Brothers. This was one of the best decisions of our wedding planning! We rented the 20′ by 37′ sailcloth tent, old fashioned wooden chairs, and tables. Everything was absolutely perfect. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. Especially the tent! The day of the wedding it was supposed to rain and Loane brothers came out day of and installed sidewalls. I can not reccomend them enough! So friendly throughout and easy to deal with. Thank you!

My wife and I were hosting a housewarming/​wedding reception and we needed 25 chairs and 4 tables. My wife called ABC Rentals and was treated rudely. I decided that I would look around for another rental company and I found Loane Bros. The woman I talked to on the phone (I wish I could remember her name) was soooooo friendly and helpful. They reserved my items with no hassles. Pick up and drop off were simple and everyone there was professional.

Our company has worked with LOANE BROTHERS for years but last night was really something to «write home about». We had a problem and Loane Brothers pulled through for us like no other company has ever done. We needed a tent for a weather-​related problem. There were many challenges with the order on our part — money, delivery, didn’t know the exact size — all things no company wants to deal with but they were kind, gracious, helpful and when the tent was delivered, set up and competed (without even a reminder) I was thrilled to see that heating and lights (that I had not even thought about — were installed at the same price we agreed to. Without the heat and lights the tent (which was great too — clean, well set up, easy to work the sides, etc.) would have been cold and dark. I can’t thank LOANE BROTHERS enough for their continued GREAT SERVICE through the years but last night they SAVED ME!
