So this is where I do all my gift shopping for the woman of my life, mother, grandmother, sisters and nieces.
I enjoy this store, I normally have the same sales rep, I think she is the manager though. She is very friendly and knows the product! When I come in I simply explain what it is I am looking for and she knows exactly what it is I need!
The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is I recently came in looking for a gift for my sisters engagement party and the man who helped me out left me very confused and I did not care for his customer service.
He was a very eccentric person who just didn’t seem to really know what he was talking about. I ended up not buying anything from him and asked when the lady I usually deal with would be In. He said he wasn’t sure so I just left and went to nordstrum and looked for the same thing there, which I found and bought.
I do recommend this store, I will return; however, I will peak through the door and see who is working before I proceed into the store, is all I am saying!

I love this store. The girls are always helpful and they aren’t too pushy. They help you make great selections and inform you of upcoming events. I think my last girl name was Kristen, a talk blonde girl. We picked out a great hand bag and shoes together. I love they’re watches as well.

Be aware that the store policy is tricky if you’d like to make a return more than 30 days later. I purchased a bag for my wife. She wasn’t thrilled with my choice and went to the store with a still packaged bag with the receipt. Because more than 30 days had elapsed, she could not return it for a smaller purchase and receive store credit for the difference so she could make a later purchase. Her option was to exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value without receiving the difference. She also could choose a more expensive bag and pay the difference, which is what she did. She’s happy with the bag but not the service. I expect more when I spent top dollar. If my wife desires MK products in the future, I’ll purchase elsewhere.
