Over priced, horrible service, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service:(

I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. Rude service, they rush, they charge an extra $ 10 to scrape the dead skin off of your feet when a pedicure is done. That is usually included in a pedicure. I then tell the technician I had an issue getting rid of a corn and the gel polish on my toes. She then started talking about me to her co worker… It was pretty obvious! I can literally go on and on. From what I’ve been told, this place has fallen off in the last 5 – 10 years. I couldn’t help but notice this myself as I was one of the 2 customers in this empty shop. Save your money and go elsewhere that provides excellent service.

I wonder if there is any way I can leave no stars. I very rarely am offended by service industry businesses. As I have worked as a server for years. But after this encounter I need to speak. Upon entering the establishment a man with a heart tattoo on his hand, I did not catch his name, started to do my nails. I was sitting with my back not completely in the chair and he told me to move up. He then proceeded to mimic me and looked at his coworker and started speaking in a different language. I assume he was making fun of me. Then he proceeded to tell me not to look at him while he did my nails. And then when he messed up my thumbnail and put super glue in it thinking it would do something but it really just ruined them even worse. I am literally on the way to another place to get my toes done, eyebrows done, and this thumb nail fixed because I didn’t want him to touch my nails after that awful experience. I don’t want to give money to someone who’s not going to be attentive. Then, as I was drying, I was texting, and he yelled «dry your nail» at me! Save your money! DO NOT COME HERE.

Probably the worst pedicure I have had ever. If I could give zero stars I would have The place smells LITERALLY and the nail technician was not attentive at all. He spent the entire time talking to his coworkers in a foreign language. I totally agree with the other review and will definitely not be returning here and spend more money at a better salon.
