The machines in the laundry room are very small and practically every week one is not working.
The first day I moved in their was a giant roach dead on the carpet. I have seen mice in my apartment, food in my pantry had holes bitten into it and I found mouse poop in one of my closets. I have had several occasions where water starts leaking from the ceiling in my bathroom, and sometimes weird yellowish stuff drips from the ceiling after a shower because they have no fan in the bathrooms. The noise from other neighbors is horrendous and it does not even seem like they are trying to be loud, the floors and walls are just really thin and do not absorb the sound. The windows they have cause a really bad draft and let in lots cold in the winter time.
