Stoko’s

Came in today for lunch. I originally ordered Whiting plus fries. They were out of Whiting, such a bummer.
My friend ordered four wings and fries, I ended up ordering three wings and fries.
The meals were ready in about 10 mins.
The wings were a good size and the fries were hot. Hot sauce and ketchup were included.
Three stars because they were out of Whiting.

Quick and easy place to get good variety of great food. Not the best for food but prices are also lower than other places. They are also super quick on orders as well as deliveries. I live pretty close and this my yo yo place for a lot of things. Also have good deals and get coupons if you use their app to order.

The food is nasty never again will I order from stoko’s I could have driven to Maria’s paid the same price and the value for my money those little girls in there at the register was too busy being cute they did not fix my sandwiches properly they did not fix them the way I wanted them there was no lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich no hot it was just greasy and nasty the steak was full of gristle never again will I eat at stokos Unilocal this place gets no stars absolutely 0 stars is sad you won’t let me post unless I give them a star they suck

I have always ordered for delivery from Stoko’s until two weeks ago when I decided to stop by.
First thing I’ve noticed is that the place is crowded with people in the cooking area/​kitchen.
Secundo, none of the cooks wear propre attire and most importantly gloves. One of the cook was mixing/​tossing some kind of salad barre hands. I pity the person who ate that.
I was just mortified when I saw not one but several touching customers’s foods barre hands after wiping them on towels with questionable cleanliness!!! Really??? I mentioned that to the gentleman serving and could not say a word.
Will never order from here again.

I have ordered from here often. I typically get great food and fast delivery. Today, I ordered 2 pizzas. They both came with the cheese half off and the delivery man took an extra $ 20 from my pocket. When I called the store, the management would not let me get a word in and told me that the customer is never right. They told me they would never deliver to my address again because they didn’t believe the delivery guy stole $ 20.

I come here for lunch a lot. I always get the chicken filet sandwiches and or wraps. They are very good and filling. I prefer the sandwich over the wrap. But you get a nice combo with chips I think and some of the meals with french fries.
The Stoko’s near my house off of York Road is a lot better to me. But this one is convenient for lunch.

Made a delivery order and they called back 40 min later saying they couldn’t deliver the food because the driver didn’t want to drive 13 min to drop it off… Worst place ever

Well I usually like stokos but today they didn’t do good, I ordered a Philly cheese steak with mushrooms, green pepper and provolone cheese but I got a regular cheese steak with yellow cheese, now on the menu they have a regular cheese steak and a Philly steak, just won’t be ordering that no more.

I went here for dinner back in February when I first moved to Baltimore. My brother referred them I should NOT have listened but lesson learned! What bothers me the most is I was raised in Philly so typically people can rarely remake a authentic Philly cheesesteak but I’m ok with that but their cheesesteaks SUCK and their fries are even worse! The shrimp has a weird taste! I ordered once and that was more than enough. I think once was enough!!! NEVER AGAIN

YOOOOO!
This place is a godsend. Got off of work at 12:30 a.m. and I was s.t.a r.v.i.n.g. and so were my co-​workers. We tried Wal-​Mart (closed), Papa John’s (wouldn’t answer the phone), Domino’s (… yeah, we were that desperate). Nothing. So thankful that the front desk told us about Stoko’s. Open until 3 a.m. Um? Yes, please! I was about to keel over from my stomach acid burning through the lining. I swear to God.
We ordered a buttload. Three personal pizzas, 10-​piece fried chicken wings with fries, bacon cheese fries, fried zucchini and mushrooms, broccoli cheese bites, a cheeseburger, peach cobbler, sweet potato cream cheese pie, and five canned sodas for around $ 60. Took only 25 minutes to arrive. How fast is that?
It was just what we needed. My roommate and I feasted like queens. The fried mushrooms were fresh and hot and the fried zucchini were so juicy. Roomie downed the burger in under two minutes. It’s been two days since and I’m still munching on chicken wings (as I type this actually). They’re even good rock-​hard cold. I don’t know how the place looks or anything, but the food is spectacular.

This place is horrible. I don’t usually write reviews but this place is that horrible! My coworker and I order from here not too long ago and the man forgot my pizza. They came back half an hour later and the pizza was cold and unappealing. As if they never made a buffalo chicken pizza before. Service there is unprofessional. The delivery people are so nonchalant and could care less. With all the bad reviews they get, management is poor. They need alot of improving. Save your money, time, and tip. Not worth it. Sorry for ranting. I’m mad.

Awful. Placed an order around 11:00PM on a Wednesday night, took an hour and a half to arrive. We got onion rings, «crazy fries,» jalapeño poppers, and cheese steaks. The cheese steaks were flavorless and soggy. The onion rings were soggy, and the crazy fries… Really weren’t that crazy. Jalapeño poppers were not bad, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing.

Went to try the lemon pepper wings and they were alright. Service was fast and efficient. I called ahead as well.

One Word. «DUMP»
This place is for poor college kids who need a cheap meal. I mean If you think this place is even decent you obviously never experienced fine dining.

I am MOST unhappy with service received. I ordered off of Eat 24. I placed my order at 11:30. I waited for my food. At approx. 12:45 I was sitting on my porch waiting for the delivery. A car pulled up, waited for about 1 minute and went to the end of the street, turned around, pulled in front of my house, and tapped the horn. There was NO identifying features on the vehicle identifying it as a Stokos delivery car. People pull up and beep for people all the time in my neighborhood; I had no idea who the person in the car was so I did not go to the car due to safety reasons. The car left.
It occurred to me that it could have been the driver, and I called Stokos. I was told that the driver does not come to the door after midnight due to safety reasons, and that he had called but I had not answered. I apologized and explained that my phone had died, and I missed the call but explained that I had been sitting on the porch and that I think the driver had come and gone without attempting to let me know who he was. The driver came back. I told the driver that I did not come to the car when he had come the first time as I did not know who he was, and that since he had to have seen me sitting on the porch, it would have been prudent to at least put the window down and announce himself. He told me he waited for 6 minutes and my door was shut, so even though he saw me on the porch he left. He did not wait 6 minutes, but about 2, and he did not identify himself in any way.
Long story short because of his attitude I got angry and told him it was a damned shame I had already tipped him 25 percent. He then yelled at me to scratch it out. I did not. I was actually prepared to tip him additional cash when he had arrived. Obviously I did not.
I understand safety concerns. I understand that he tried to call and that my phone died, so he couldn’t tell me he was there via phone. These things happen. What I don’t understand is how he can pull off without even announcing himself when he sees me sitting on the porch AND there is NOTHING identifying him as a driver from Stokos. MY safety is important as well and I am not about to approach a car not knowing who it is. ALL he had to do was roll the window down and ASK if I had ordered food or TELL me he was from Stokos. He was rude, he was unapologetic, and I will admit that I became rude back at him.
My teenaged children and their friends order from Stokos all the time but I will not do so anymore as I feel an almost 2 hour wait for food coupled with poor customer service is not acceptable. My food was cold because of the delay, and there is NO WHERE on the website that indicates that delivery staff do not come to the door after a certain hour. I will own that my cellphone died, but I WAS SITTING ON THE PORCH. We order a lot of carryout with a houseful of teenagers and I have NEVER encountered such a terrible driver. I will not be patronizing this business again.

I placed an order online for the following day at a specific time. When I arrived to pick up, the cashier was clueless and had no record of the order. He asked if I had placed the order at a different restaurant. I doubted myself knowing there are two Stoko’s locations, so I left without food. Got home… sure enough the email confirmation stated their address. Do not trust their online ordering system!

Not a fan of this place. Went there on a Saturday night. Store a little empty to be the weekend. The cashier was very friendly and polite. She even suggested a special for what was being ordered to save money. I am not a fan of chicken cheesesteak made with real chicken breast. I actually like the steakum style. The onion rings tasted like they were cooked in fish grease. The best thing about this store was they offered a variety of can sodas. More than most stores tend to offer. And they even had more than one selection for diet sodas. This part was great for a diabetic.

Stoko’s is your typical Sub and Pizza shop with Greek staples. There are two locations and I am reviewing the Towson one.
I have to say I was totally unimpressed with the quality of food.
The sandwich was on a bun rather than bread and the bun wasn’t even cut right, it was very small as well.
The chicken tenders were tiny and did not taste special at all.
The popcorn shrimp were fried with the tail on which meant you were getting less of a portion with a pile of leftover shells and the mac and cheese was nothing but a nasty tasting yellow blob, their idea of a side salad is a piece of lettuce and two tomatoes.
The french fries although served in huge portions tasted frozen and had no taste. So bland and I think its their goal to fill you up on these tasteless fries to save money on the bad food in small servings.
Most of all the delivery guy was incredibly rude! If you have no real customer service then you have nothing.
I’m not out to bury this place, I’m simply stating the facts of my experience. I gave 2 stars because you basically get what you pay for. Cheap food, cheap prices. They need better quality, id be willing to pay a buck or two more for that, never will i pay a delivery fee for this kind of food though. Live and learn. My advice is don’t go near here if you want great quality food.
