I only eat here at night… and on the weekend. and every time I come here I receive great customer service. The folks at the drive through window are always polite and I appreciate that they don’t let the drunk rude folk ruin their night

I try not to eat at mass chains, just on general principle. But I have to say the quality of food and the wonderful service that I consistently receive from Taco Bell on Loch Raven and Taylor makes me want to say «*f*** counting calories and health» and just eat here all day. The food is good (and correct every time) and the people at both the drive through and the counter are some of the coolest, sweetest people you will meet. Will take the time to notice its your birthday via your ID, and slide you a little gift on the side. I hope their management can keep this up forever.

Everytime I go to the drive through the employees are always polite and pleasant. I haven’t had one dissatisfaction time yet. I can’t give 5 * because dining area needs improvement.

Always something wrong. Something missing from my order that I paid for. The young kids at the drive through hold up the line talking to the little girls in the cars. I know it’s just taco bell but the least we could expect is for them to read a screen and put in the bag what they see on screen!

Holy guacamole, this Taco Bell rules. I frequent this tacobell when I am dumb wasted. I’ve never been their sober but their food is bitchin’. It would be really muy bueno if they would nut up and serve margaritas. I’ve requested many times but still no margarita options. You lose one star because of this.

Typical Taco Bell food, but service I would except the service is what I would expect from a 4 – 5 star sit down restaurant. Darius took our order and went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. He follow up to find out about the quality of our food while we were seated in the dining area. We wanted to follow up with the restaurant owner and tell her what excellent service we had experienced and the other gentleman behind the counter was busy, but he came outside in the rain to make sure everything was ok. Simply amazing employees! Demolished my previous expectations of Taco Bell. Thank you!!!

Normally I don’t review chain restaurants since they are basically the same. But when I visited this Taco Bell location one morning for the breakfast crunch wrap (sans meat), I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the employees. I have been coming to this location for years. My experience has always been ok. Jean took my order politely, I got my food fast, and Ronald (I think) opened the door for me as I left. He opened to door for each person that walked thru during my visit. Maybe it’s the new breakfast menu, but I actually appreciated this level of attention at a fast food restaurant and I hope this location keeps it up. This location was clean. The only thing that’s missing is a needed renovation. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and it hasn’t changed.

I have always loved taco bell. It was before noon. No cars in drive thru… yippee. Placed my order. Received my order in less than 3 minutes. You know this is good timing for taco bell which is alway crowded inside and out. Drive thru cashier was very polite.

Typical Taco Bell as far as the food goes. Haven’t had other issues either as far as service and staff go.
