True Religion

So I have been coming here for quite some time, however now I am now longer choosing to come to this location. I don’t know what it is with this store? Maybe it’s just the towson location.
I’m used to the store in fairfax where the staff has great knowledge about the seasons lines that are created! They also have great knowledge of the product.
At this location is a person who stands in a store. The staff that I have interacted with, have been less then desirable. They had no idea about what the billy collection was not the style that the jeans are. I find there product knowledge to be disheartening!
The staff is not very friendly, offer zero help. I find that I get better customer service from nordstrums so I choose to buy my true religions from them. It is such a shame too because now I have to order jeans through nordstrums! Even though I know the true religion store had the jeans I want! In my opinion it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with non friendly customer service! Sorry true religion I won’t be returning.

This store is in the perfect location. You have to keep yourself abreast of the seasonal selections because one they are fine they are gone. They need to have more children selections as they are available online. I do most of my son’s shopping here!
