Honestly the flavors tasted artificial, there was no warm welcome and the place seemed dirty and none of the toppings were labeled!

Some of the flavors taste very weird. There are better options in the area such as Menchie’s.

I love the flavor and texture of yogurt. I believe they have the best frozen yogurt in the area!
The toppings are satisfying with fruits and sweets.
The soy yogurt, non dairy sorbet, and no sugar added flavors are very helpful for those who can’t have milk or sugary items! I personally love the bubble tea and waffle cone bowls that they have.

HAlf off on Tuesdays for students is the best! Recently had to ind a new roommate and used this place to meet CL people so I would have an excuse to fill my cup with boba. Lychee is my favorite. Wish they had more flavors but it’s really great for the price.

Delicious fro-​yo with a wide selection of toppings. Nothing is more refreshing on a hot day. Great spot with friends at night

Meh… I only go here because it’s in walking distance of my house. Employees are nonexistent and not much variety. Limited toppings compared to other places. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is the outdoor seating area. I like to walk my dog to this location and we can enjoy yogurt together.
Uspoon in Owings Mills us far and away the best yogurt place in Baltimore County. I tend to go there because my office is nearby.

The froyo is is amazing! Reasonable price! Also the service here is delectable! I mostly love their 50% off Tuesday for college students! I love it! Personally they don’t have as many toppings as sweet frog or yolavie, but I feel like this place is healthier in a way.

I have a serious fro yo addiction. It’s a problem. But I guess it helps out the people on Unilocal because I have no self-​control around fro yo and have to get it if I see a fro yo place around.
A friend and I recently went to Tutti Frutti after getting dinner nearby. I’ve actually been to this chain at their Philly location (now closed) and used to love their birthday cake fro yo, so I was hoping they’d have that flavor.
When we walked in, there were no employees to be found for about ten minutes, which was weird. But we eventually got some sample cups (make sure to ask for them, they’re not out or displayed or anything).
After sampling some flavors, I ended up with the birthday cake flavor (YES) and cotton candy flavor. Yup, I apparently have the taste buds of a 10 year old. The fro yo here is really good. It’s more of a soft-​serve consistency (on the thicker side) but I like to tell myself that it’s still healthy since I’m getting my probiotics and protein… The birthday cake flavor did not disappoint. Tutti frutti makes one of my favorite renditions of birthday cake flavored fro yo. The cotton candy was also good, but not as good as the other flavor.
There were a good variety of toppings but many were running low and I had to ask for a refill on the graham cracker crumbs. (The employee clearly wasn’t happy about that. Oops.)
They have a cute outdoor patio area which was great since it was nice outside so we could sit out there for a little bit.
I’d definitely go back (they do half price «happy hour» specials!) because their fro yo is so good. The service… not so much.

I don’t write reviews for anything but books and only because that’s my job… and I love it. However after reading a particularly bitter sounding review of the young staff at this location I felt I had to pipe in. I am more than a regular here, I stop in every night to bring home a cup for my husband and toddler daughter to share. Yes, I’m aware this isn’t THE healthiest option but A) my two year old picks the berries out of the cup and doesn’t care much for the yogurt and B) my husband 37 and doesn’t care much what people think of his froyo gut.
Any way, the staff at this location are ALL young. Young and 100% courteous. There’s a young Asian girl with her Harry Potter key chain who went out of her way o encourage a heavy set dieter who had arrived visibly upset, thel 20 something was high fiving and cheering for herself on her way out; the young girl with the septum piercing who laughed with the embarrassed customer who spilled an entire container of sprinkles into her container; the tall slender too adorably shy dark skinned boy with the quiet voice who’s hands tremble nervously when serving teenage girls, the young asian boy who seemed entirely shocked when I asked him how he was after reviewing the same courtesy…
My point is that there has never been a time that I have walked into this location and not been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect as a customer. Yes on occasion I have heard music that may not have been my first choice but had never been vulgar or disrespectful. Its hardly fair to critique a business because you don’t see eye to eye on styles of music.
The staff could not be better. The yogurt is always tasty. The toppings fresh. As late as eight thirty on a week day I witnessed staff cutting fresh strawberries. The only thing even remotely close to a complaint I could have is that they have been waiting to get frequent buyer cards to be delivered for some time. This of course is not there fault and they still offer to stamp your recipt should you want them to. .
You cannot find a better froyo. Just please, come before eight so I don’t have to wait in line. :)

This is THE place to get froyo in Towson. You serve yourself. Prices go by the ounce. If you wanna fill up and get a heaping portion, it get’s a little pricey. If you’re a modest dessert person (not me), then prices will be VERY reasonable.
Ask for a few sample cups. I always try a few flavors but end up with the «classic tart» flavor. It’s the best. I usually add a little taro flavor (taro a nutty root for those who don’t know). They have the cookie and candy bar crumbles, but I usually put fresh fruit on mine. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, mango, etc.
Sweet Frog may have a few more flavors, but Tutti Frutti is far and away my favorite option in the area.

I am utterly addicted to this frozen yogurt! I’ve been at least twice a week for the past few weeks since my first bite! Hands down the best froyo! So many great toppings and there is a card they’ll stamp and upon the 10^th visit you get a free yogurt. The staff seems a little disinterested, but they’re all pretty young so I think you have to forgive it a bit. Maybe too young to know better? They have great outside seating with umbrellas that’s pretty shaded, so even in this heat it’s nice to enjoy their outside patio. Try the taro flavor (which sounds odd but tastes a bit like vanilla) and I love the little eyeball type toppings… kind of gross but would remind you of fish roe. So much fun. Every time I go it’s interesting to make a new combination of toppings and flavors. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The frozen yogurt is icy, which was interesting.
The toppings were all pretty stale. I suppose I could chalk it up to getting there an hour before closing time. But still…
The best part was the price. The worst part was the taro (whatever the heck that is) flavoured yogurt. Grossest. Thing. Ever. BLAH.
I might come back, I might not. I have TCBY and Sweet Frog to consider.

I love the variety of flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings available, and of course I’m a fan of the fact you can create your own dessert with any combination of flavors you want. The yogurt isn’t as overly sweet as it is in some other places, such as tcby, and the large number of available sauces and toppings is great.
I especially like the outdoor seating area they have created for use during the warmer months. There is also ample parking around the store which is good since the store gets fairly busy in the evenings.
Two small points that frustrate me: the chairs inside are not the most comfortable to sit and relax in, and the cut fruit toppings are often frozen (which makes them hard to chew/​eat and not great to have in your dessert). Other than that tutti frutti is a fabulous place to get dessert any night of the week and is definitely worth checking out!

Taro is my favorite! If you love sweets, this is a healthy alternative rather than ice cream. I love this place, they have so many toppings you can add to your frozen yogurt and prices are very reasonable!

I get that Tutti Frutti is a chain, but this particular location just doesn’t stack up with the rest, in my humble opinion.
First of all, mochi is not a topping option here. How is that even possible?! This is a fro-​yo place (!!!). Secondly, the staff just never seems to be totally with it when I’ve come by. Not that they’re rude, they’re just there. The extent of your interaction with them is them saying «Your total is…»; no Hi/​bye/​thanks/​need a napkin?/etc. The last time I was here, the employees had a few of their friends hanging out in the store blaring (not so pleasant) music and crazy nonsense. I’m not that old and crotchety to get that it’s fun to have your friends hang out and keep you company, but I selfishly just want to enjoy my fro-​yo and not feel like I’m in the middle of a middle school sleep-​over. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, it is here.

We love Tutti Frutti! I wish they would bring the raspberry flavor back! The soy peanut butter is great, too.

This is like every other Tutti Frutti location. The tart is delicious.
They have a nice outdoor seating area which I enjoy. Prices are reasonable.

Stopped for a cool treat on a hot June afternoon. Great yogurt. Bright clean shop with self serve yogurt and pay per ounce for toppings and yogurt by weight. I love the Taro flavor! My little buddy loves Mango. Great outdoor patio space and garden area between the buildings here. Easy to forget you’re just off Joppa road.
