USB has been a nightmare to work with. We originally just wanted to set up mobile credit card processing. It took about two months to finalize and then we found out they only set us up for an onsite account. (We had no credit problems having been an A rated company for over 50 years.)
They said their charges would be less than Square (who is a pleasure to work with) which is what motivated our interest. USB’s charges were MUCH higher than Square’s. due to monthly fees that Square doesn’t charge.
They have been promising me they would stop charging my account and issue a refund. Most recently they said they wanted me to send a snail-mail formal request. I send it (with a copy emailed) on October 7, 2015. It is now 11/17/2015 and no credit.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
