I like the work that these guys do, but I have one bit of advice for anyone deciding to use their services — GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE!
My wife dropped off a desk lamp to have a cord switch replaced & Jay told her that it would be «a couple of bucks.» I picked up the lamp & that couple of bucks was actually about forty dollars; a price which my wife was shocked to hear given the verbal amount. I called the store to inquire & was told that they have a sign stating minimum costs for various jobs, «but most people don’t know it’s there.» I thought that was a dumb thing to tell a customer & I wouldn’t recommend having them do any work without putting the cost in writing first!

Really nice antique lighting restoration people. On the first floor entrance is the workshop where they fix old stuff to sell. On the second and third floor are the goods for sale. They have cool Tiffany lamps, chandeliers, and more. The vibe is comfortable and there’s no pressure. Relaxing place to antique.
