I just want to write this review to commend the staff. No matter how nice and shiny and new a building is, it can be ruined by a bad staff.(My family has experienced this in the past). I’m really thankful for the professionalism, care and friendliness the staff has shown. They are very accommodating within the confines of the guidelines that are put in place and they have been very helpful in enforcing rules that, if not enforced, bring the quality of life way down around here. So thank you staff! PS: great apartments, great amenities, great elem school, great location. Couldn’t really ask for more.

These are great apartments in a great area. I’ve been at the Winthrop for just over month and the grand opening is just about to happen. The staff is great. I haven’t had any real trouble, but even for simple things the office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Even with just opening and with limited tenants they have had a constant agenda of things to do. The trivia was a lot of fun! I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Was turned away 5 minutes into a showing that I rushed from work to be on time for. All because our dog(a sweet Great Pyrenees mix) is on the«restricted breeds» list. These dogs are incredibly sweet and loveable. I find it utterly ridiculous that such a breed is restricted. I spoke to an agent at least 12 times through emails and never once did she ask if we have a dog and what type, if that meant instant refusal. To shake hands and turn two prospective renters away for that reason is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t want to live in a place that treats people and their beloved dogs this way.
