I was getting married on St Paddys Day and didn’t have my dress done! My husband took it in on Monday around 10am and we got it back around 5pm. Everything was perfect! Great customer service. I keep hearing bad reviews but not for me! Oh and they were extremely cheap, I worked at a dry cleaners and they’re not cheap at all. This place was awesome!

I just wanted you to know how appreciative I am of this towson zips. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Jene, who has gone out of her way to work with me. She gets back to me quickly and efficiently when I call her and is a delight each time. I have also enjoyed seeing Shawna at the register who is always friendly and cheerful. Also my clothes are always in great condition and consistently a job well done. Thank you all for your help and hard work. It really shows!

Zips is the only place I’ve ever taken my dry cleaning. Who would pay twice the money for the exact same service? I’ve never had any issues with the quality of the actual cleaning. The best thing about zips is the same day service. They’ll even send you an email when the cleaning is done. They take credit cards now, so you don’t have to come with cash in hard. The worst thing about it is the temperature in that place. It’s nearly unbearable most times when they’re running the equipment. I can’t imagine how those people work in those conditions. If you can get past some discomfort, Zips will never let you down when it comes to dry cleaning.

I hate ironing. My mom was great at it but I am not. I could do it myself but why not pay someone who can do it better? Well when I picked up the shirt it was wrinkled. Defeated the whole purpose considering the fact I could of done it by myself. you get what you pay for with zips

When you walk in, the place is absolutely electric with activity. People going back and forth about the place, ironing, folding, sorting, and hanging. I like that the place has a ‘nothing to hide’ sort of vibe. The cleaning prices are quite fair, and my clothes have always come back looking top notch. Just FYI: There is a $ 10 minimum for credit card charges, and your order has to be prepaid. Heather, from their corporate office explained to me that those are some of the ways they keep their prices low. Makes sense to me.

For $ 1.99, Zips has saved my family and I money on our monthly dry cleaning bill. They are fast and convenient. I did not have any issues with them until about a month ago. I put in 10 items. I picked up my items 2 days later. After I got home, I realized I was missing shirts. I went back the next morning and they could not be found. They insisted they were checked out but they were not. We reviewed the security camera and I found the time was off. They said they would check again. Later on in the evening, they called and said they found my clothes. I went back the next morning, after 10 minutes my clothes appear with OTHER clothes that I thought were picked up. The clothes were in the system as checked out. This alarmed me but I decided to count my blessing since my clothes were recovered. I stayed away for about a month and decided to give them another try. The employees are nice and they really tried to work with me on finding my clothes. My clothes turn out clean just as other cleaners. Because of my experience above, if I have to dry clean an expensive dress, I would take it else where. Other than that I will stick to Zips because of the price and location. My only tip is to keep your receipts and count your clothes coming in and out.

You would think that a dry cleaning place would be able to clean clothes… I turned in my military uniforms, and gave VERY specific instructions on how they needed to be pressed. Well… They did it wrong. Probably because«Krystal» didn’t seem to care very much. I told them they were wrong when I picked them up, and the said they would fix them for free(and clean the starch stains they left on them) great right? Well… Once again… They did it wrong. I don’t understand how a DRYCLEANER could get dry cleaning wrong so often. This place is worthless. I wish I could give zero stars.

I take my clothes there all the time and for a$ 1.99 they do a great job. The staff there are friendly every time I walk in the door. I would recommend if you need your clothes done in one day take them in by 9am and your can pick then up by 5pm.

yes, they were very friendly but when I picked my clothes up they looked like they had been pressed and put back on the hanger.really. My clothes didn’t look any fresher than when I brought them in. For $ 1.99 I guess you get what you pay for and what I did is make a donation to Zips. I guess I will take my cheap self back to the guy who made my clothes look wonderfully pressed and fresh.
