Yesterday I had, a western bacon burger and enjoyed it, today I returned for the same thing. What I got was not the same, the bun was dry and the burger was dry as it it had been sitting for hours and was not even warm. This has been an issue in the past but I thought yesterday I would try it again and it was good, today not so lucky. Don’t waste your money here, it is apparent that management simply does not care and corporate is not doing their job managing the restaurants.

Gentleman that took my order was absolutely thrilled to be there… NOT! He less than eager and more annoyed that I stopped by to grab a bite to eat attitude was a bit obnoxious! You are getting paid to be here right. If you don’t want to be here then don’t! I’m going to assume the truck in front of me was less than pleased as well. They honked their horn not once, not twice, but three times before they were acknowledged at the window. Shouldn’t expect much I suppose, it’s is Carl’s Jr. after all.

Dude — if you want Carls Jr, go to one of the other many locations in Tracy. This place puts water in it’s ketchup that is in the dining area or either they put a different brand in the Heinz container. It was the worst ketchup I’ve ever had. Now I know why the place was so empty.

Stopped in this evening to grab a quick dinner. I had seen an advert for the«Redhook Beer battered Cod». Upon receiving it and taking a bite I saw the fish patty was half the width of the bun and about as thick as a piece of bacon. The lettuce was about ¾ inch thick I guess to make up for the lack of fish. All in all nearly $ 10.00 for the combo add a shake instead of soda. Talk about the picture on the wall not looking like what I had. «Go Fish». Never again!

Carl’s Jr. Restaurants are usually reliable, but this one disappointed me. It is clean and bright, but the staff seems poorly trained. My server mumbled and looked off into space as he took my order. He didn’t thank me after taking my money so I stood waiting. No clue. Finally I asked if he was taught to say«thank you» for business. Apparently not. The burger was sloppily assembled on a «fresh baked» bun which was an option I didn’t choose nor appreciate. I’ll continue at other locations, just hope this is not a trend in this otherwise excellent chain.

Recently made a brief pit stop here to inhale some lunch… ordered four spicy chicken sandwiches and a bucket of tater tots/hash browns. The sandwiches seemed as though they were expertly slapped together — just a bun, a sheet of cold lettuce, some deep fried chicken crusted in black pepper, and a squirt of mayo. The tater tots were fairly good, though. The gal at the counter was nice and polite, even brought my tray to the table when the food was ready. It just wasn’t particularly wonderful food. I’ll likely stop by again eventually… maybe I’ll go back to the safety of burgers next time.

One of the cleaner and more consistent Carl’s around. We always come here when passing through the area. Great for breakfast food before a road trip or before a day on the lake.

I like this Carl Jr. Friendly service and they understand what you telling them through the drive through. I got my sauce correct, so I was super happy. I ordered the Cod Fish which is excellent. No tarter sauce and had honey mustard. This is the best Carl Jr. Even better than Livermore. I always go there and I usually do not eat fast food.

It was late and I was hungry. Carl’s Jr. was the next best thing. I ordered their chicken strips and asked for it fresh. When I got my order, the chicken strips were indeed piping hot and fresh! However, they gave me the wrong sauce. Instead of giving me buffalo sauce, they gave me mustard. I’m crazy about my condiments and dipping sauces. Sorry about it. I ran back inside and asked for a replacement sauce. When he handed me new sauce, it was BBQ and not buffalo. I was so confused. But I realized he was simultaneously helping me while on his drive-thru headset. I had to wait an extra 3 – 4 mins for him to replace my sauces, yet again. It’s whatever. Can’t expect too much from a fast food joint. I’m not gonna cry about it.

Dave wanted a cheese burger so we stopped by. The drive through service was pretty fast and we did not have a long wait. Standard issue — fast food.
