Carpet Care 2000

I liked when I first talked to him very nice and compassionate and follow through came the next day made carpets look brand new and all. I will call on him the next time.

I’ve been using Carpet Care 2000 for over 3yrs now and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their work. I always get my sofa’s and carpets cleaned. I recently had my sectional and family room carpets cleaned and Mike noticed some dog stains in my back hallway and took it upon himself to clean it for me at no charge! I really appreciated that! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but this company owner has it. Not only does he do great work, but he’s very nice and sociable, very accommodating regarding his appointment availability, and his pricing is very reasonable. I love that my carpet/sofa’s are dry in 2 – 3 hours and are wet for days. I love the fresh clean smell, look and feel after being cleaned by Carpet Care 2000 and why I will always be a repeat customer.

Being 9 months pregnant I was in nesting mode getting our house cleaned and I wanted the carpets to look perfect. After searching for the best company, I was referred by a friend to Carpet Care 2000. They fit me in their schedule right away and were very accommodating. The carpets looked better than when we moved in and all spots came out. Our house looks so much better thanks to them. I highly recommend them!

I had pet stains and oder on my upstairs hall carpet by the time he was done cleaning it looked brand new! Very happy! Also had the stairs and a sectional beige couch cleaned. Great price, fantastic job and locally owned. I will be using them again.

So my carpets were filthy and a friend referred me to Carpet Care 2000. I owe that friend big time. They did such an amazing job. My carpets look like new even the stairs that were a mess. Thank you Thank you Carpet Care! I will be using you again.

* Absolutely the WORST carpet-​cleaning job imaginable!
* In our first phone conversation I asked if this was a family owned business? He said yes. I shared with him that I had had Carpet Care 2000 clean my carpets years ago and was very happy with their work and their employee.
* Considering this was relatively new carpet, only one person lives here, there are no pets, and this was the very first cleaning, seems there would have been a more than satisfactory result.
* I provided accurate square foot measurements for a quote over the phone.
* I was told the price would be a flat rate.
* Yet when the employee arrived the price was higher.
* I had paid someone to move some of my furniture to the perimeter of each of the six small rooms, also stacking furniture on top of other furniture, to make the traffic areas easily accessible for carpet cleaning.
* The employee believed he had completed the job after only 45 minutes and was loading up his vehicle, during which time I did a walk through on my own.
* I was appalled to see the spots that remained in each room.
* I asked that the employee walk through with me and I pointed out the areas of concern
* He said, «I can’t get them out. I don’t have the cleaner with me. I’ll do it next time I come.»
* With each passing day more spots became visible.
* After thirteen days I called to speak with the company about this problem. I recognized the voice on the other end of the phone and knew it was the employee that was responsible for the sub standard work.
* This man was arrogant, sarcastic, and contemptuous, yelling at me the entire time prior to me hanging up on him.
* Unprofessional would be an egregious understatement.
* I have not only been greatly inconvenienced, but also ripped off financially.
* I want all my money refunded.

This company is awesome. My father recommended them after having them work on his house and a few of his rental homes. They did a great job on my flooring and even saved a couch I was sure I would have to toss. They even cleaned the interior of my wifes car, no more coffee stain!
