Christi Bean is a wonderful relator. We bought our house about a year ago. Our price range was low and she went a above and beyond to find us a place that we could afford. The buying process went very smoothly. I have recommended her to everyone I know and they all have been happy with her services. Christi is trying to help us buy a place in the Tracy/​Manteca area. She is very responsive and helpful. She is also just plain NICE. :)
In addition to traditional homes and condos, she knows about mobile homes.

I have had a few realtors over the years, and I have to say Christi was hands down the best I have ever worked with. She was recommended to me by a friend of mine who also had just moved to Tracy and who had nothing but good things to say about her.
My husband and I were new to the Tracy area and very unfamiliar with the neighborhoods. Christi knew every detail of every neighborhood in town, and was quick to point out which neighborhoods best matched our search criteria and why. She took us by the hand and guided us through the entire process, from searching for properties to close of escrow. Not only was she chock-​full of information, but she was always prompt and available, responding to any question or request we had within a few hours at the very most. Unlike some realtors, she stayed right with us through close of escrow, and really went out of her way to help us when we had issues with closing. Through everything, she always maintained such warmth and enthusiasm, which really helped us stay positive when difficulties inevitably arose. No matter what happened, we always slept a little easier knowing that we had her in our corner! It was like having a loyal friend who also happens to be a consummate professional.
We consider ourselves so lucky to have found Christi. She really made the difference for us when it came to purchasing our new home and she will absolutely be the person we call when it comes time to sell!
