Basically if you are a parent, you will not enjoy buying your child a game. If you are a young adult buying your own game, then you will love it. If you are a young adult with a job, you will love and appreciate what the sales associates do for you.
Also Hockey, Daniel and Nicole are AWESOME. The manager is AWESOME too! There are more associates working there but I don’t remember their names D: everyone there is AWESOME, therefore this game stop is awesome. I like game stop. Game stop is life. Game stop in Tracy is life. I like my life.

I always get receive customer service here. Sometimes the lines are long — but that’s OK, others can get good customer service too, I guess… I find their knowledge of video games extensive and they always steer me away from the bad games. They are fun to chitchat with as well when its slow. Thanks for the great service!

Just had the best experience at any store you could have! Christmas is always hectic but Sales person Nicole and Manager Salina, always make my experience a fun, and positive experience! They always look out for me in these hard times keeping me up to date with upcoming sales or specials and actually remember to care. I’m a gamer and go there frequently, and I just thought that this Game stop and the awesome people who make it that way needed a shout of praise! Keep up with good work Hockey, Ashley, Nicole, Erica, Salina! You should see them all dress up at special night releases! They’re why I keep coming back!

I have purchased more games from this location than I can even remember, today I walked in to purchase a new game and the line was longer than usual, no big deal EXCEPT they had all three registers open all taking in HUGE trades. Was in line for close to 30 minutes just to have the next two people in front of me with trades as well total wait time was 45 minutes with just two ahead of me.
GameStop there is a solution to making customers wait so long, dedicate one register for sales only and the other for trades. Forget the power up points it is NOT worth the wait. Next time I’m going to Best Buy!
Three days later, after posting to their Twitter account, FB page… CRICKETS! No «hey we apologize for the long wait» nothing what so ever, wasn’t looking for anything other than an apology! Yep I’m shopping elsewhere!

Pretty disappointed in this business… I collect funko pop vinyls and I came to this store to get their limited edition Finn in a storm trooper suit. The gal that helped us out was nice and helpful, and told us that preorders were available for the toy story pops. So I pre ordered 5 and paid in full. That was on ¹⁰⁄₁₂ and I was told to expect them on ¹⁰⁄₁₆. ¹⁰⁄₁₆ can around we went to the store to pick them up, we were told they weren’t delivered, when we asked when we should expect them they said we don’t know cuz we don’t get tracking numbers. So 2 days later we returned still no pops and the same story, «we don’t know» today I called to see if they were in and it’s now ¹⁰⁄₂₁ and was told the same, but «there’s some boxes in the back that we haven’t had time to open up so they could be in there» I’ve already given them time for the shipment to come in and now that there’s boxes in the back that they obviously don’t seem to care to look in, for those «few customers who preordered them» I’ll give them till this week to see if they’re actually in, and if I don’t receive my preorder by Saturday I’m going back to get a full refund. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is bc the gal that Ilintially helped us was very nice and had similar interests.

Bought the sims 3 here for Xbox at a great price!
There’s never a line, don’t know if that’s good or bad but it’s great for me! The staff are always nice.
And it’s well organized and they are happy to answer any questions you have.
There’s a skinny blonde girl there whose awesome, Wierdly i told her she looked like a sim

Love this game stop. Me and my wife just moved to Tracy and this store is just down the street. We traded in some games amd wanted to buy some new ones. Salina helped us and did a good job. She didnt judge us because we were buying Wii U games unlike some other gamestop even though we also have an Xbox one. She helped us pre order mario kart 8 and told us all about the cool stuff you get with the game. And then we also ended up pre ordering COD and got a poster. Thanks for all your help. We will definitely be back again!

Love this GameStop!!! Everyone is really nice and they know exactly what games I’m into so they can give me suggestions of games coming out. Never in a buy now type of way but in a, hey look at this game. It’s coming out and I think you will totally be into in. Love that they take the time to get to know me and my whole family. You want to buy from a place that treats you like family this GameStop is the one!!!

The customer service here is pretty infuriating. Just 1 guy in particular really. I recently joined their power-​up rewards program to take advantage of a 50% extra on trade-​ins. I came in to trade a brand new iPhone 5, but was met with 21 questions about how and why I got the phone and was trading it in. I felt like a criminal being interrogated by the police under a hot lamp. He was really offensive and honestly that’ll be the last time I pre-​order and/​or trade here. The clerk went so far as to tell me that I could not trade it in at their location as long as he was working there. It wasn’t until I provided a receipt that this douche let me trade it in (it was actually his really nice coworker that allowed the trade-​in).

I went to trade in some games, the guy working there was pulling out my discs and ds games out of the case to the point where he was damaging them because he wasn’t taking them out properly.
He was trying to pull it out without pushing down on the center. So he scratched/​damaged my disc’s and ds games before I even got the trade in value
Then he kept complaining about how he didn’t want to be there and had such a bad attitude. one of the worst gamestops I’ve ever been to!

I went in to trade my xbox 360 they told me i cant trade it in because my warranty sticker wasnt on my counsel so after a few phone calls to Microsoft came to find out there was a sticker on it. So if you looking to trade ur counsel take it somewhere else.

I had reserved the Modern Warfare Hard Edition back in September.
The day finally came when it was released. Hell to the NO was I going to wait in line at 6PM Monday eve’n waiting for it to release at midnight Monday. I maybe crazy spending $ 100 on a game with all the additions but I ain’t stupid!
I went there yesterday and the line was outside the door… OMG! I got there at 6:30PM thinking CRAP, I am going to be here forever! To my surprise the line moved rather quickly. I got up to the counter, paid my dues and skipped out of the store by 6:50PM. Now that was quick and efficient!
All I have to do now is download my maps and start kicking you boys asses!!! Whoooo Hoooo!

This store is lacking in customer service, its very unorganized and dirty. Parking is risky and if there are more than 4 customers in the store it’s way too crowded.
I realize they have a lot of inventory but they really need to utilize their space and get clerks who are friendly and looking to help you.
I really miss the store in the mall. the manager there was awesome and the clerks had no problem helping you.

This is GameStop has a great selection of games and employees there know their stuff and they are fellow gamers themselves, very pleasant people to talk about games. Also I never really had a problem with them at all, I’m always satisfied every time I come in preorder or pick up a game. this is my local game stop that I really appreciate going to.
